The bungalows weren't fully closed. So one night there was a loud frog outside, and the other nights bells started ringing from 6 in the morning

fantastic location, great views, peaceful among the trees, own plunge was great way to cool down

basic maintenance is not being done, missing tiles, doors that don’t close properly, poorly mounted aircon very noisy….. seems the place is no longer cared for and upkeep not being invested in and is showing its age

When we first arrived we were alone and no one was there even tho I gave them our arrival time. Bathroom dirty. Promised cleaning products were not there. Dirty room and bathroom full of insects. Pool was so Dirty you wouldn’t want to swim in it. We booked sea view but had just another villa before our eyes. Staff himself told us they didn’t give us good service at the end of the visit. Thanks for nothing. Never again. Breakfast was also late everytime.

It's a very nice place, located away from the hustle and bustle of the port. Beautiful view of the sea and Ceningan. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean. Big drinking water tank in every room. Good breakfast. Good shower.

Seems like they still need to get back in their full game after COVID. Small things here and there are out of place. Need to improve wifi connectivity.

Property needs a little bit of a freshen up, example decking around plunge pool had lifted and broken tiles on the way down to pool.
