The hotel overall was clean and modern. The staff were friendly, helpful and never rude. The breakfast has variety. The room was clean, large and well maintained.

Checking in was painful. A larger than expected monetary amount was demanded on arrival. I'm accustomed to deposits for breakages or mini-bar bills, but my room didn't have a mini-bar or anything of substantial value. I had to double-check everything that was included in my package, as most of it was missing, e.g. lounge access. It took time and effort to get the service you paid for, which I didn't like. The airport transfers were the most expensive I've ever paid for in Bengaluru. During my stay, I used around 25 taxis, and the cost of those taxis combined was less than 10% of 1 airport transfer. When checking out, I had to review the itemized bill because something didn't look right; again, there were items I hadn't ordered or approved. I don't particularly appreciate having to check everything; it ruins the service for me. Although breakfast has variety, the quality could be better and the staff more attentive. I did have some nice dishes, but I couldn't tell you what they were as breakfast items aren't labelled most of the time. My room was said to have a garden/pool view, but it had neither. My room had an air conditioning unit that sounded like a small motorbike was inside the wall and made everything smell musty and damp.
