Just a little outside Oban with a beautiful view n a terrace for good weather. Well sign posted, a good amount of easy parking. A bright dining area. Food was lovely and well made. Good options for breakfast n dinner. Staff friendly, chatty n helpful. Rooms comfortable n clean.

Bit of confusion of which door to leave through to get to car park in the morning as it had changed from previous evening but staff kept you right.

De douchecabine was een beetje aan de kleine kant maar de badkamer voldeed verder prima.

Good breakfast made to order. Great sea views from the dining room made the experience even better. Very helpful staff. Very quiet location.

The location, view (from retaurant/bar) and peacefulness. Controllable heating, we could hear or cool the room as we wished. Very good breakfast, with lots of choice.

Miniscule shower! The unit worked fine but the cubicle was unnecessarily tiny. A bigger one could easily have been fitted at very little extra cost! Why do some hotels fit the smallest shower cubicles possible?🤔 Limited menu for evening meals!

Toilet had been used and not flushed or cleaned before we checked in 🤢💩 Could do with a bit of sprucing up in places, I.e the sealant going a bit mouldy in the shower

I loved everything a fantastic hotel in every way.I give it full marks.The owners and staff were so warmly welcoming and treated me with such kindness and nothing was too much trouble for them. The food was beautifully cooked and was delicious at every meal- breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms were very comfortable, warm and cosy despite the cold outside in the open air .Tea and coffee facilities in every room. Soap,hair wash lotion body wash lotion were in the room. I have to say the hotel was spotlessly clean one of the cleanest I have stayed in in my life I sincerely mean that,The open fire in the bar/dinning room created a very warm welcoming atmosphere. The view from the dinning room over the Loch was spectacular. The hotel is very reasonably priced and great value. I had a brilliant experince in the Lochnell Arms and I will be definitely returning.

Shower was a little small. Need to be thin as a piece of spaghetti to get in and out and the step down was not easy with a bad knee

Evening meal on first night was very good and great they did small portions. Breakfast was excellent really good choice. Staff were all really helpful and friendly.
