Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, z naszego pokoju widok na wieże eiffla stacja metra 5 minut pieszo od hotelu. Pod hotelem carrefour więc można szybko podskoczyć i zrobić zakupy. Pokoje sprzątane każdego dnia, łóżka wygodne, łazienka wyposażona w kosmetyki do kąpieli, ręczniki czyste. Klimatyzacje dająca ciepło i chłód działała super, potrzebowaliśmy małej pomocy technicznej i sprawie została udzielona. Personel przesympatyczny. // Very good location, metro station 5 minutes walk from the hotel. There's a carrefour right next to the hotel, so you can quickly go and do some shopping. The rooms are cleaned every day, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is equipped with bath cosmetics, and the towels are clean. The air conditioning providing heat and cold worked great, we needed a little technical assistance and it was provided. Very nice staff.

The room is ok. Bed is comfortable enough. Hot water. We didn’t try breakfast. Two metro stations nearby- line 1 a 15-min walk and going to all the central sights. And line 9 a 5-min walk.

Sowers definitely need a renovation- very moldy and creepy looking. The location at night is very scary with drunks everywhere. No good shops nearby. The elevator took ages to wait for!!!

Gar nichts! Die Gegend unangenehm im Abend unterwegs zu sein!

Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig und unangenehm zum Schlafen! Zwei Nächte könnten wir nicht schlafen weil so schrecklich gestunken hat und wir haben uns gar nicht sicher gefühlt! Das erstes Zimmer hat nach Rauch gerochen und zweites Zimmer nach Ausfluss gerochen! Es gibt in Zimmer Fenster aber kann man nicht öffnen! Es gab nur drei Aufzug und eins davon war außer Betrieb! Und wir mussten immer so lange warten bis wir dran gewesen! Nie wieder hin! Das Zimmer pro Nacht ist auch nicht mehr als 30€ wert!

Not the property but the communication between the staff. There’s some miss communication from staff when they explained something to me and I think they have to discuss about this matter cause it’s important for the better.

Nothing, badly managed property, smelly room, Ac was not working.

The lift from the car park was broken, the staff didn’t seem to be aware of this, we had a lady in a wheel chair, we had to walk three flights of stairs that had been urinated down, eventually we worked out a way to the rooms via the shopping centre, up three sets of steep escalators, it took us and hour before we got to the rooms, the disabled room had a double bed in which was unsuitable for the two guests, so we had to swop rooms, no tv pod in one room, the staff were very unhelpful in helping us, we had to exit the hotel via the hotel next door as no ramp for a wheel chair, this all could have been avoided if told before our stay and we could have made alternative accommodation

We had some misunderstanding with charges of city taxes. But we asked for manager and everything was cleared. Everything else was fine.

Basic small room and facilitys. Fairly comfortable stay and staff were very welcoming. Nice and clean, beds made and fresh towels daily.

Room was quite stuffy and warm. Even with a/c on it was very warm. Bedding made you wake up during the night in dampness due to heat/materials of the bedding. Area where the hotel is located didn't seem very nice.

It was completely bad experience for me. Small, old and dirty room. The hotel doesn't deserve the money for the total package that they offer to the guests. It is too expensive for this awful experience. And also they take extra cost for the car park. I will not stay there anymore and I will also tell my friends not to stay .
