La caldaia

Se ami sciare o semplicemente stare immerso nella natura, questo è l’hotel perfetto. Molto bello, ben tenuto, ottima la ristorazione , compresa la merenda a metà giornata.

Non mi e’ assolutamente piaciuto che non ci fosse controllo nella spa: gente chiassosa che portava bicchieri ovunque e non aveva minimo rispetto per le altre persone Aggiungerei della segnaletica per lo sky room

Camera spaziosa, confortevole, accogliente e calda. Bagno molto grande con tutte le comodità. Ottimo il ristorante sia a colazione che a cena, anche il piccolo buffet alpino sempre fornito. Pulizia e cordialità dello staff.

Che i bambini possano accedere alla piscina solo fino alle 16.30.

Im Spa-Bereich fehlt ein Ruheraum, die Zimmer könnten etwas besser ausgestattet sein (z.B. Teekocher)

Great place definitely would recommend, the dinner was exceptional like a real restaurant and the staff was very nice. Great view from anywhere at the property.

•Zimmer: war absolut OK mit einem sehr schönen Blick vom Balkon direkt auf den Rosengarten. Pool- und Saunabereich: sehr sauber mit angenehmen Ambiente (gerade weil durch den heftig einsetzenden Schneefall während unseres Aufenthaltes Anfang 11/23, eine sehr wichtige Anlaufstelle... •Personal und Service: Sehr freundlich, sympathisch und aufmerksam •Verpflegung: Frühstück: reichhaltig, lecker und qualitativ sehr gut. Wünsche wurden prompt erfüllt. Abendessen > Vorspeisenbuffet war super lecker – Auswahl, Geschmack, Präsentation – top! Getränkeauswahl: gutes Weinsortiment mit gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Nicht gefallen kann man es eigentlich nicht nennen, da es auf uns bezogen ist. Das Angebot des Abendessens (1/2-Hauptgang): Da hat uns etwas die Raffinesse bezogen auf die regionale- Südtiroler Küche (gerade im Herbst) gefehlt – von daher optimierungsbedürftig. Es war zwar geschmacklich und qualitativ gut, aber vom Angebot her doch etwas enttäuschend. Das hatten wir von unserem letzen Besuch noch ganz anders in Erinnerung – schade, denn gerade auf die Südtiroler Küche hatten wir uns sehr gefreut.

a wonderful place, with splendid views to the Dolomites and in the middle of nature. The breakfast and dinner were excellent. The pool and spa we re very good.

Location

the room was a disaster, the door to the bathroom was broken and did not work properly, the plinth in the room was unglued/detached, there was mold around the cracks, the paint on the bathroom wall was peeling, there was also mold in the bathroom area of ​​the shower cabin, on the booking it said it had minibar but there was none in the room, cracked walls, accessories only for one person instead of 2 people, in the bathroom. No phone signal at all, pathetic wifi signal. Too expensive for the 4 stars it claims to have.

the location was amazing, right at the end of the street. very quiet and beautifully situated in front of the mountains / forest. the room was very clean, comfortable beds, staff was exceptionally friendly.

dinner main course was not as expected room felt very warm

spa facilities were good and well maintained, swimming pool small but fantastic view. Food was excellent with wide ranging buffets at breakfast and before evening meal. calm ambience, no noise from other rooms. We were given a free local bus pass which was well used hiking in neighbouring valleys and walking back

Spa area was busy and we found last hour to be best. No staff around to impose the no children after 4.30 rule which was an issue for the first 2 days. If you are hiking or snow shoeing be prepared to sort yourself out with routes and guides if needed, no in house programme although it is a great base if you are confident navigating.

Everything was perfect and the location is beautiful. Room was huge, modern, with an amazing balcony with an awesome view. The 3/4 pension was spotless as well. The staff is very friendly, kind and the level of hospitality is great. You will be by the Dolomiti and the ski slopes are in front of the hotel. Totally recommended!

Staff was rude and not helpful

The hotel was very nice, the spa was nice, and it was a good place to relax and hike around the area.

They didn't have our booking when we arrived - even though it had been confirmed on booking.com and had exchanged messages about luggage storage between our stay.

It is quite a good hotel but it has several drawbacks that prevent him to get a score more than eight: 1.The maintenance in the SPA area was quite poor - they didn't replace the drinking glasses around the sauna, the sinking holes in the sauna showers were blocked, the shower gel was finished and they did not replace it continuously for 3 days. 2. The dinner was fine but with the fixed menu so if you come with kids you are in trouble 3. It is impossible to control the temperature of the rooms by yourself so it might get very hot or vice versa

The food and staff were amazing. Room was lovely and very comfortable. It even came with robes.

I liked the view from our bedroom and some of the staff..

We couldn’t sleep in the room, the mattress is like it wasn’t even there, really bad. the room has no AC has no fan just heating…. And you can’t open the windows as they don’t have netting and mosquitoes and other bugs are as big as they get…. Plus balcony lights don’t go off.. No coffee machine no mini bar, no fridge…

Some of the employees did not speak English which led to a few misunderstandings, especially in the restaurant. Location a bit remote

The servers were really nice. Even though sometimes the things seemed a bit unorganized they were very nice and attentious to us. Marco and Jeremy were excepcionally good at attending us!

The breakfast quality was disappointing. We travelled in the summer and it was very warm, the products stayed in the room temperature with flies around them. Also there was a lot of insects on the hallways and in the room, we got bitten in our legs during the night and it was not by mosquitoes! The price asked, considering the room and the quality of the services, was way beyond fair.

Dinner was amazing.

I like vegetables and there was none.
