I had a room directly by the pool. It was spacious, clean, bright, comfortable, nice shower, overall a pleasure to spend time in - or to just open the door and jump into the pool. I really liked the area with its closeness to the town center but far away enough from the business and especially night life noises - there are a couple of nice restaurants and cafés nearby and the riverside with more food/café options approx. 10 min walk away, depending on where you go - or grab a TukTuk. Water is provided daily in refillable glass bottles and can also be refilled at the reception, which saves a lot of plastic. For anyone wanting to use the in-house services (didn't make use of most, so can't review on quality) pretty much everything is available - bar (one in the pool), hotel restaurant, Tuk Tuk drivers (I did not feel hassled when I went out though), scooter and bike rental (as in most hotels, higher than outside rental prices in exchange for convenience to rent fairly easy), laundry service (3$/kg), booking your onward journey or (temple) tours. All of this will be mentioned and explained to you upon arrival by the lovely and very accommodating staff. So far one of my favourite places to stay in Siem Reap and in my case (not high season) it was exceptionally good value for money.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und half uns mit allen Wünschen weiter. Für die Sunrise Tour wurde sogar ein Lunchpaket eingepackt, weil wir Frühstück gebucht hatten. Sehr leckere Cocktails am Pool und ausreichend Liegen vorhanden. Sehr einfach und unkompliziert eine Massage im eigenen Zimmer zu buchen.

Das Bad entspricht nicht ganz dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (wir waren im älteren Stammhaus untergebracht). Im ganzen Zimmer kleine Ameisen. Als wir zum Frühstück um 9:00 kamen war vieles schon fast leer und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt.

Pool området og restaurant var virkelig hyggeligt og fint.

Værelser var ok, men kun med stof mellem toilet og værelse. Morgenmaden var ikke super interessant.

O quarto era muito grande, mas acho que falta um pouco de aconchego.

Achei o café da manhã não muito bom. Quando fomos tomar estava quase tudo no fim. O banheiro do nosso quarto também não era bom. Era um banheiro no estilo roça.
