Emily Mc. was extremely helpful in booking and organising the ideal room for us. I really appreciated her help as we wouldn't have stayed if it wasn't for her and her lovely customer service. Thank you Emily. Lovely cabin/chalet atmosphere with fireplaces in the main area and restaurant.

Just a shame there weren't extra staff to support those working, as they were very often working hard to keep up with demand/orders. All the staff were extremely helpful and lovely to deal with. Special mention was the service from Mia and Madison. Hard working and always cheerful.

Rooms were adequate. Location was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Atmosphere was great and relaxing.

The hydronic heating was inadequate. The room was not warm enough when the valve was wide open and the outdoor temperature was between 3-11 degrees. Expect worse in the middle of winter. Spoiled what would otherwise have been excellent. Didn't bother complaining. Be careful if allocated Room 9.

Maddie at reception was super helpful - even when she was off-shift she helped us with an issue. I nominate her for employee of the month!! So friendly and helpful.
