Breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly. Location suited us well since we arrived and departed by train.

Location is ideal Very close to the train and bus station The balcony room we had, had great views over the mountains Nice large room with kitchenette but there is no kettle. It would be great if they can add a kettle to the kitchenette as well The car park next to the hotel is one of the cheapest in Perpignan and Lidl and other supermarkets plus a couple of restaurants at the train station. Perpignan city centre is very walkable from here so if you don't have a car, getting around won't be a problem

The hotel has a strict no check-in before 4pm policy which is really strange. They don't clean rooms every day and the hotel wasn't full so some of the rooms would've been ready. Despite that, we were told that people check out at 11 and it takes time to clean rooms then we can check in at 4pm They were happy to store our luggage if we needed to The bed is on the small side, the mattress is old and sagging and the pillows are lumpy. The rooms aren't cleaned daily which isn't really very pleasant plus they won't even change towels if we needed them. We didn't know that would be the case so we had left the towels on the floor for them to change but realised later that they give fresh towels only once during the stay Rubbish from the room was emptied once during our 4 day stay The AC unit isn't capable of heating the room and as the weather was very cold we really froze in the room. They don't have fan heaters to give to clients either so they can keep themselves warm. Very difficult to sleep when it is so cold. Don't know if the AC units work well in summer to cool the place or not but if it wasn't working well in winter then very likely won't work well in summer either There is only one side table which is really strange as both people sleeping in the bed would need a side table each. There are charging points next to the beds though They are charging full price but not giving the full service The place is ideal but if they can get on top of these few niggly problems then the place would be really perfect

Just a bit too far from the center and bad public transportation at night (after 21 no buses and expensive Taxi) but of course it's not their fault

Practical and convenient. Good facilities to prepare a simple meal. Across the road from railway and bus stations, yet very little noise either from the street or within the hotel.

Bed was a bit saggy and lumpy. A downside of being close to station is that there are quite a few beggars and other people living on the margins. In the event I had no problems other than an uncomfortable feeling returning to the hotel at dusk.

Door locking system on my door broke so couldn't get in. Took a while to sort out, but received a new room, free breakfast for the inconvenience.

Bed was comfortable and bathroom excellent

No kettle or cutlery so couldn't make breakfast and hairdryer didn't work

One night stay for 3 adults. The two room apartment worked well and the kitchen facility was a bonus for a late snack Despite being opposite the station it was very quiet
