Since it was a small property; there are probably only 3 or 4 villa with private pool and maybe 5 rooms with pool access, the reception were already expecting us and check in was very easy. We broke the bidet rubber hose accidentally and they replaced it very promptly with no extra charge. The photos are definitely not an exaggeration. The rooms looks exactly like in the photos, maybe even better. Since it's been so long that our family managed to gather in one place (albeit for just 2D1N!) and the place was this beautiful resort, I can definitely say we had a wonderful time catching up, playing in the pool, and then playing more games in the comfortably spacious lounge. Ended the day with a good movie and then had a great sleep !

There was 7 of us and we tried to book the villa with one bedroom and private pool for 4 (as you can add an extra bed, they have a double bed already and a sofa bed) and room with pool access for the other 3 (double bed + add extra bed). However they were very strict about it and so had to book an extra room with pool access. They provided the Qibla direction but I'm surprised that they didn't provide prayer mats (which usually are provided in most hotels I've been to in Malaysia). The stay was absolutely amazing but is it reaaaally worth £803/RM4800 per night in Malaysia? I'm sure we could've find something similar but at a better price if we'd looked hard enough. There is a 3 bedroom villa but was unavailable at the time and the prices were probably hiked up because of the school holidays as well. We all ended up spending most of the time in the villa with the bedroom and not really in the other 2 rooms. So if you're coming in a large group to actually all spend time together, maybe book the 2 or 3 bedroom villa. If you can't, then maybe find a different place.

The villa was huge - lots of outdoor space with a private pool. I was really impressed with the sheer size of it when I first walked in.

The property did not look well maintained. Clotheshangers were broken, curtains were stained, bedsheets were stained, curtain railings were broken, pool flooring was sticky, sofa was dusty, kitchen was dirty, TV doesn't even seem to be vertically straight. This is a property that has lived past its glory days.
