Easy to locate off the motorway. Very nice staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Nice restaurant at reasonable prices. Outdoor seating area.

The chip we dropped under our table in the evening was still there at breakfast.

The bed was comfortable. Located just off motorway.

Lack of facilities in room. Same as Budget hotel but paying more! Room decor run down, missing skirting, bathroom paintwork missing in parts, overall room redesign obvious based on poor finish to walls and ceiling, door with holes in it!! Did not feel worth the money. Would stay in Budget hotel next door and save the cost difference if visiting area again.

would be more convenient if located bit closer to the center of the city if you not want to use your own car.

Good clean room, equipped for reduced mobility.

A kettle and coffee & tea in the room would have been nice.

the hotel looked tired and the pillow were hard I found it difficult to sleep

Property is in a good location with easy access to the motorway

Unfortunately the air conditioning in the room was not working properly and was extremely noisy. This hotel is looking very ‘tired’ and could do with an upgrade in some of the areas. Whilst some of the staff are very helpful and friendly, unfortunately some are not.

Excellent staff could not have been more helpful. Ther restaurant food was very good, and there was plenty of variety.

The bar was unable to serve draft beer for several days. This suggests a lack of management and of foresight.
