The location was quiet and the studio had all the comodities my parents needed. In addition, Claire was lovely and really helpful. We could not have asked for more. Thanks! 😊

The room was decorated with a lot of attention to detail and provided everything from hair dryer to ear plugs to an emergency sewing kit.

I loved that the property had all amenities needed for self catering and maintenance.
The notes explaining things around the studio was great.
The kitchen bathroom was separated by the stairs.
I think because the building is old, every time someone comes in and out of the main door the room door rattles.

Nice well maintained accommodation with daily cleaning - how wonderful!
it was nice to have options on type of pillow but the bed is a bit saggy.

Amazing service from start to finish from Claire. The added touch of leaving chocolate Easter eggs because of the Easter bank holiday weekend made the arrival into the room even more brilliant. Kitchen was great and fully functional without us needing to go grab items like washing up liquid etc.

Free upgrade on the day from a room to a studio - thank you! Place looked amazing for Christmas.

- One the most comfortable beds that I have ever slept.
- The property had adequate facilities for holiday stay.
- The walls are pretty thin. Whenever someone even turns the tap on, you can hear it. So if your next door traveller is an early riser/loud, you will hear it. Thanks for the comfy bed, pillows and blanket, falling asleep was not difficult after hiking all day.
- Street parking was not always available, sometimes had to park a bit far from the property. To be fair, we were offered to use the parking in the property to unload/load our baggage.

The accomadation nthing excellent.Never saw the landlady atal all remote ....Parking Ok temprary at flat to unload but no parkin g map and congested strets haf a mile away..Not good wethare.

Lovely room… big and meticulously clean. The owners pay SO MUCH attention to detail to make your stay enjoyable. We’ll definitely stay at Glenthorne again.
Only slight issue could be parking, but that’s just the area. Nothing to do with Glenthorne really.

It was a pleasant place to stay for the night. I loved the little touches. I had forgotten my make up remover and was wondering how I'd take my make up off- then I go and find make up wipes in the bathroom! Super handy and you can tell that they think of the little things. Claire also recommended a nice pub to eat at which we really enjoyed
