Beautiful views

Location breathtaking Sunrises and Panoramic Sea Scape. The Staff so friendly and worked hard to make you comfortable Exceptionally clean. Emmanuell presented us with local wine and made us so welcome. He also managed everything so well, nothing was a problem to him he gave us everything we required. Thank you so much for our Beautiful stay. His Father was a lovely person and kind to us.

Villa Zagara Garden team went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They sent us a list of the places and restaurants to visit, as a well as the best way to get there. Location was perfect (quiet area, but close to local attractions and the city centre). Hygiene was at the highest level. We particularly enjoyed the view from our room. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting!

If we ever come back to Taormina and stay at the same hotel, we would love to have an opportunity to have breakfast at the property. For now a coffee machine with free coffee was available in the room which we still very much liked.

Amazing view! Cute and nice interior Great location to arrive by car. Everything in walking distance. A nice Pool and beautiful garden. Good recommendations for the area from the host.

Amazing view, beautiful villa!

Nothing it was amazing

We loved the location and the view. Sunrise every morning from our room /tarrace, with the view of the valey and the coast. We liked the facilities, it was very clean and the owners were responding instantly to our needs. The size of the apartment was perfect for both of us. There was an orange juicer provided - a dream come true with such amazing oranges everywhere. My hubby loved the coffee from the coffee maker.

We were lacking few bits like bottle opener or a brum to swipe the floor, although to be fair, owners cleaned the room during our stay and were asking if we need anything. We just thought we don't want to bother them with little things like that, however it would help if that was provided. Nothing major though.

Excellent host, went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The room had an amazing view and was quite spacious.

The bathroom smelt a bit like mould

Location and hospitality were up to expectation. Scenery, location, hospitality and room were exceptional!! This is a location and Villa that must be on the list of places to visit and stay. Comfort and safety for me are a must and am already booking for Easter break. Room has garden overlooking the bay of Taormina - Jacuzzi and a swimming pool that are truly amazing and the location from the centre of everything is within walking distance! Thank you so much! This place is like whole Sicily - looks good on the pictures, but reality is disappointing. The worst thing was the smell - it was very strong like homeless lived there before us. After 2 nights there all our clothes were soaked with that smell. Windows were opened 24h, but this helped only a little. Host brought us electric dehumidifier, but it also didn't help. - stink in the room was hard to stand - mix of cigarretes smoke and strong musty odor. We asked Booking.com to delete our booking, as we wanted to run away, but they didn't help us - we got different (worse) apartment than we booked, smaller bed, etc. - fungus on the wall (pictures attached) - toilet seat fell off after one use - water drips from under the sink - dirty bed sheets in the closet - even we asked host for clean sheets, we received stinky with cigarettes smoke, as host is heavy smoker - too few electric sockets in the kitchen - poor kitchen equipement - only one bread knife, so you need to cut vegetables and all other stuff with this one knife; lack of scissors, peeler, small pot, etc. This place should cost maximum 50€, not 120€.

it could use some maintenance work- like deck boards replaced, tile in shower, wallpaper coming down in bathroom But, it is comfortable & the owner was very friendly & helpful.

parking is not always easy but compared to Taormina, better than most, although a little far off from the downtown area as a result
