Great location close to the Theatre and New Regent Street. Nice building with modern decor.

The room was very small and didn't have air conditioning, despite being given an upgrade. Parking and early check-in were extra despite being mid week.

We returned to the property as we had a wonderful experience there 2 weeks previously.

Amazing staff - were able to accomodate me at very last minute including a 1am checkin

Had a fantastic getaway with my husband for the weekend. The room was huge and the bed was comfy. The location is just fantastic and the people in reception were really helpful. The hotel is uniquely decorated so it feels different to other hotels and stands out.

Location and clean

I choose and paid for an upgrade ( deluxe king room ) based on an email offer to return return after following a previous stay. We were checked into a basic room with a small window view into the hotel staircase. Although they switched us to an another room for the next two nights which was “ handicap “ with a larger bathroom… the room itself was small and not the 33 m size shown on booking photos or room details. We were disappointed that we cancelled an another booking in a nearby hotel and had expecting better from Hotel 115. No offer was made to acknowledge the shortcoming ( such as free parking) for the inconvenience or misleading presentation of room descriptions. We most certainly would not have stayed had we realized the upgrade was merely for a king sized bed with a staircase and or metal roof view.

The rooms were spacious and close to the city centre. Despite being close the trams, we didn’t hear it

Location was ok

Tv reception very poor couldn’t watch tv at all, we booked the room thinking their was a pool so we could all go for a swim but apparently it was across the road and 18+ only if I had of known that I wouldn’t of booked under ground car park was terrible my car couldn’t fit in it or couldn’t get out of my car once parked so had to park around the corner in Wilson’s parking rooms are very small.

The Hotel was decorated with an Artd Deco style. We were able to access our room via the elevator which was convenient. The Tram stop was next to the Hotel which was pleasant a novelty and we were able to dine on the Restaurant tram which left near by and under cover. In the hotel we did not hear the tram at all.

Our rooms window had a view of the wall of adjacent building with a slight view of road and bus stop. We did not mind as we were staying only two nights and we were exploring during the day.
