Location was central to everything

No instructions for wifi

The room was spacious and exceptionally clean. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows and blankets if needed. A bonus was Netflix if wanted and fast Wi-Fi connection. The shower was fantastic, great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The location was great, walking distance to restaurants, fast food and shopping center.

Only hanging space for clothing with two hangers but we made do leaving clothing in the suitcase. Apart for that the hotel was exceptionally comfortable.

The location is superb! With Swan Hill market day just outside the main street on Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm, and everything within walking distance—from the Swan Hill Vline Rail Station to grocery stores, restaurants, pubs, and op shops—it's incredibly convenient. The room itself is pristine, adorned with fresh white paint, and a modern bathroom. Plus, the air conditioning and fan proved invaluable, functioning flawlessly during the two scorching days we spent in Swan Hill, with temperatures reaching around 34 degrees.

The malfunctioning pool was a major disappointment for us. We specifically chose accommodation with an indoor pool, anticipating warm weather, and it was the highlight for our son. Discovering it was out of order upon arrival truly dampened our experience. It would have been appreciated if the host had informed us beforehand or provided some form of compensation, rather than simply suggesting a local alternative. Furthermore, the room felt cramped for two adults and an 11-year-old child, despite there being sufficient bedding for three people.

Excellent central location and all the basic services we needed

Road noise was higher than we expected as we had a room towards the road at the rear of the property but it did not keep us awake at all.

The room was well lit outside, very comfortable bed and clean throughout the unit. The manager was very helpful and supportive of our concerns in regard to security of the property and safety in the town.

We were followed back to the unit by black youths after doing our usual shopping in the town. The location is very central and allowed us to walk to shops for our lunch and evening meals. The ruckus in the street from youths revving cars and loudly running up and down the street including into the car park of the motel went all night until the early hours of the next morning. We felt unsafe and left the town as early as possible the next morning. The manager told us the police were notified but as far as we know they never arrived. It sounds like the town has a much bigger issue needing attention but in the short term maybe the motel needs better security measures installed.
