הגעתי למלון בחג לאחר שסגרתי הזמנה בבוקינג. הצ׳ק אין והתשלום אושרו באפליקצייה. הגעתי למלון בכניסת החג ומכיוון שאני אדם דתי לא יכלתי להראות את ההזמנה. העובדים בקבלו הכריחו אותי לפתוח את הטלפון בחג וגרמן לי לחילול שבת לאי נעימות ולבושה מול החברים הכי טובים שלי כולל לקוחות שלי ששהו בחג במלון. אי לכך אבקש שהנהלת המלון תיצור עימי קשר בהקדם במספר - 0555581440 עו"ד אורי חיים.

ארוחת בוקר מצויינת, בונוס שלא חשבתי עליו יש מניין שחרית כל יום ב8.15 בבוקר שהמלון מארגן על ידי הבאת קבוצת בחורים באופן קבוע

החדר היה טוב, כמו שהיה באתר

הצוות בקבלה לא היה טוב.

הדבר היחיד שהיה באמת מדהים זה ארוחת בוקר השאר די מאכזב לא היה זמן של שחיה בנפרד האוכל במסעדה בערב היה מאוד מאכזב גם הטעם גם כמות האוכל גם המים גם כמות הלחם ממש מאכזב הזמננו 3 מיטות למבוגרים אחת המיטות היתה מיטה מתקפלת לא נוח במיוחד השירות היה קמצני בקבוק מים של 750 מל' ל3 אנשים זה עלוב

The suite was very large and the amenities were nice.

The breakfast was not very good.

The problem is that the hotel cost me 5800 usd and they charged 17.000 usd that’s an abuse and not correct until now i don’t get the refund

The position, very close to the old town and Holy Church

The service it was so, so bad and slow. The staff was rude and unprofessional. Was a complete nightmare. I left on 19th and i still didn’t received the amount the block as a security. It is hilarious that I need to wait for my money . I travel the world and i never had this experience.

Location was excellent Breakfast was not good . Because of Shabatt no espresso or capuccinos . Dinner was only a package because of Shabatt ( we were unaware of it ) and I was charged for 4 people, when only two did eat.

For the price, everything could be better.

It’s a beautiful hotel With people that work hard.

Your web site was tricky It says large double bed But it’s not TWO separate mattresses So I paid for a room with a balcony But got a twin bed without a balcony

Exceptional, gracious service by people who care and are highly professional!

Staff was immediately attentive. From Krana, Daniella, and Yosef all my needs were taken care of. They are Excellent. I went into the Dining Room and Emily took really care of us and made as feel at home. I went into the Bar and Sanda was readily available to provide Amazing And prompt service. I will be definitely coming back next year Thank you everyone you’ve all been FANTASTIC!!
