Tuvimos un problema con otro alojamiento y nos trataron muy bien al ir a reservar un viernes a las 22:30, siendo conscientes de que íbamos con niños. El personal de check-in nos ayudaron a resolver una situación complicada generada por otro establecimiento. Desayuno excepcional al igual que la plantilla del hotel. En general, las instalaciones del hotel son muy buenas y la situación para nosotros fue muy cómoda, porque está al lado de la estación de autobuses y tren. Es muy cómodo si llegas en autobús del aeropuerto y si necesitas tren. Está a 5 min del centro de la ciudad al lado del parque central de la ciudad. Muy recomendable!

Es gab kein Fenster zu öffnen…. Der Blick war in einen geschlossenen Innenhof Es war nicht klar, ob das von uns bezogene Zimmer der von uns gebuchten und bezahlten Kategorie entsprach

Breakfast is 5 of 5. Clean. Walkable to train station and light rail stop is across street. Really appreciate a male front desk staff walked us and pointed out the train station.

Bed is on the soft side. I like it more firm. Hotel should make a video on how to walk underground from light rail stop. We were crossing the 4 line traffic with our luggage without knowing underground walking path. No where it mentioned walk underground cross the street to get to hotel. This would make visitors so much easier.

Gode senger og god dusj, veldig god frokost og hyggelig personale, super beliggenhet!

Superior romnene ramsto som ordinære, små og triste hotellrom, usedvanlig kjedelig interiør...ene rommet hadde vindu mot heissjakten. Veldig skuffende og svært dårlig valuta for pengene.
