Fantastic location on great pedestrian-oriented street with lots of restaurants with nice outdoor seating. Bakery below the place (St. James) is wonderful. Nice size apartment with good kitchen set up. Enjoyed windows in main room with views of pretty buildings across the way as well as apartment decor. Very close to metro station and taxi stand. Wished we could have stayed longer since there are so many great things to do in Barcelona.

Had a major issue on the day of our scheduled arrival after receiving a massage that we were being moved to an apartment in a less desirable location with fewer bedrooms (two instead of three). Upon initial phone call to property management was told nothing could be done despite the fact that the new apt. would not work for us, however, after three hours of phone calls with booking.com reps and the property, we were able to stay in the apt. we had booked. The whole situation was very stressful and definitely the low point of our trip. Did appreciate that they did honor our booking in the end. As others have noted, have to get keys from another location but that was not bad for us since we arrived by train and the reception desk is right near the station. Beds were not very comfortable - hard mattresses, flat pillows, and thin bedding. Washer/dryer combo machine does not dry clothes even after hours and not good place to hang them. Unable to open blinds for many windows as they were broken. I believe the apartment is going to be renovated soon so hopefully these issues will be addressed.

super schönes Appartement, tolle Lage, sehr sauber. Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption.

Die Rezeption fürs Anmelden und Abholung des Schlüssels ist ca. 20 Minuten vom Appartement entfernt.

location was great and great space in the apartment.

the water ran cold after 3 people showering. the lift of the 2nd floor did not work. we had 2 young kids with us so we had to carry the pram up the flights of stairs. we contacted the reception but no response as they are not on site

Lovely apartment great location!

Collection of keys from a different location which isn’t evident until after the initial booking process the distance is considerable and difficult when the parties are traveling in from different countries/cities! minor issues; no cleaning products are provided when your expected to clean apartment on departure! No tea towel, only four cups for five people, no idiots guide for equipment especially the hob, which defeated all five of us! The front bedroom had no wardrobe space or cupboards!
