Good hotel, the staff was very nice.

Contact with this hotel is limited. They don’t write back at the messages - you can only call to the main “headquarters”.

Nothing, the hotel was shut to the public as it was full of refugees and we had to find another place to stay the night.

Booking.com telling us, after they were informed that the hotel was closed, so we could have made other arrangement sooner.

Location and staff. Close to sea..and staff friendly and helpful. Hotel dog friendly. Continental breakfast was a nice surprise.

Decor was tired and felt cheap. See-through curtains that didn't close easily. Outdated dried flower arrangements. Electrical sockets up too high or far from bed. No bedside lights in room, just overhead light. No hair dryer. Not nice reception/arrival area at hotel. Followed tape etc leading to bar area to check in. Made hotel feel more like an old pub on arriving. Not good first impression. Nice hotel stay spoiled by tired, 'cheap' decor.

The Location was good for our purpose, and the guy that booked us in was friendly. The room was fairly spacious, with a huge bath, we had a decent view out the front at a huge anchor.

The bed was really uncomfortable, at one point I tried to sleep on the fold down bed, but equally uncomfortable. Not very much sleep, so knackered in the morning.

we were charged for a second room due to either the hotel or booking.com being unclear on the room occupancy. Took a few weeks to sort out and get a refund from booking .com

Room was clean and seemed recently decorated, bed comfortable, en suite had full size bath.

Entrance from road through narrow corridor, then through crowded bar where bar staff doubled as reception staff. Room was very small. Felt more like a social club with rooms than a hotel. I was our 3rd hotel in a week, prices similar for all 3 but this one nothing like the standard of the others.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location, fresh and clean. Very good value. Super jam sessions. Nice continental breakfast.

I don't have any negative feedback on this hotel.
