I thought that the breakfast and the hotel overall were great. The rooms and lobby were clean and the staff were always very friendly and able to help us out with whatever we needed. The stay overall was wonderful.

The only part that I was not satisfied with was that the wifi was down the entire time that I was staying there which meant that I had to use a lot of roaming data. Apart from that, the stay was great.

Aircon in the rooms is noisy. Strange smell in the first room, they gave me a other room and it was ok. But the rooms are old and need to be refurbished .

The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is very very good. Well presented and good taste.

Not as clean as I expected. Barking dog on the same floor was barking during the day and early hours of the morning. Air cond, was just too cold. Charging your guests for parking! Ouch

The breakfast was pretty good.

We checked in and received two double beds vs the king we had booked. When I noted my disappointment, the woman was rude and told me it's not her problem because I booked through a 3rd party. The humidity had created so much moisture that the room smelled and there was a leak in the bathroom so I slipped walking to the toilet in the morning.

Breakfast was the typical buffet.

When we arrived the room temperature was set at 55 degrees. What we didn’t know is that there are no heat pumps in hotels so we couldn’t get heat into the room. We had to turn off the air unit until the ambient temperature reached a level that was somewhat acceptable. That took almost three days. Te temperature in the halls and the rest of the hotel was also set at a very low level so we were cold throughout our stay.
