The location. Close to the beach

The carpet. It was dirty and smelly

Beautiful location, incredible and helpful staff. The facility is clean and the view of the sea is everything.

All met my expectations, no complains.

Everything about this spot is superb, the location, the staff, the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable - would highly recommend. Breakfast (at an additional cost) is delicious. Check in process quick and effortless

The staff are excellent, the room is very comfortable only issue was that is was very cold that week and there is no heater available in the room.

The fact that breakfast was delayed on Day 1 and a snack pack prepared when we left on Day 2.

The DSTV package did not include the Rugby channel, especially since I called to confirm if that service was available. The curtains let in too much outside light at night, and one can hear the footsteps from the rooms above.

Room was neat and tidy. Facilities was a great surprise (fridge etc). I would recommend Sir Roys at the Sea to my colleagues and friends.

No complaints for the short while that I stayed.

I liked the spacious of the room and the comfy bed.

I didn't like the food

The place is beautiful, big room and the view was fantastic, the staff very friendly and helpful the breakfast was super we really enjoyed every moment of our stay

Average, no variety

The apartment was very cold no air conditioning no heater.

Property was clean and met our expectations. Parking was tight for large vehicles and ended up reversing backwards and not drive though for one way as they indicated.

Across the road is a restaurant/pub or venue not sure, but crowd was load until early morning hours ( Sunday )as we needed our sleep to travel back to Cape Town. We stayed on the top floor right near the road. No privacy when sitting on the stoep area from other guests also ending up keeping our door or curtains closed all the time for passing quests.

The breakfast was good. A full sea view from an upstairs apartment. Nice spacious rooms of approximately 40 m2. Engen Petrol Station nearby. It is close to the Beach Front and other amenities.

No Bathroom Countertop space or shelf to place your Cosmetics on.

Owner and staff awsome. View just as stunning.

Did not like leaving.
