The WORSE what comes to CLEANLINESS! The place that needs general cleaning by a professional company. We asked to our host to do so but didn’t seem he even looked for it. Disappointing. EVERYTHING was dirty and disgusting! Toilet, bathroom, kitchen and its supplies! “Hypoallergenic” bed sheets were old and with lots of stains! Had to cover my pillow with a towel. Also, towels were with spots and not white anymore. Gray ones with bleached out spots… didn’t find any luxurious look. Bathroom picture on the website wasn’t the same as the one we got. Lots of dust and dirty floor. My sister had very bad allergies because of it. We stayed 3weeks with the kids so was pretty stressful, because kids feet and hands got black from the floor stain… We had only one old frying pan for cooking which was impossible to use anymore. 2pots. Not enough if you are staying with kids and want to eat at home sometimes. It’s was an uncomfortable and unpleasant stay!

Great location, space, design

Excellent location - very close to old town and low cost public parking zone. All good restaurants and parks in a walking distance. A lot of green space around - very convenient when you travel with the dog. Apartment cozy, spacious, clean.

Apartment at the ground floor - there is very little day light but it's a minor thing.

I liked the spacious rooms and apartment layout and calm colours of the interior. This apartment was used to be very fashionable decade or more ago. Landlord was helpful with check in. It is not noisy during the day.

Location of garbage collection place is quite far from apartment. Photos of some rooms are slightly (bathroom) different from advertised. Youngsters create noise in the evening time under the windows. Cleaning lady has left one of the room with completely wet bed sheets , I didn't raise that question with landlord because they were kind to expedite the check in process. It took whole day to dry everything. Bed covers and pillows are not cleaned for every stay, I have removed them from usage. Booking.com Be careful with booking of this location, booking com calculates final price for it awkwardly, it shows price before taxes for the search, and charges the whole price after booking. It is quite important to note above, considering that no changes are permitted for this location. Floor and furniture with glasses live it's own life. Besides you feel when big cars are passing the road nearby. You feel it with your very bone. Idk how does it work.

We were very happy with the apartment, the location is great, it was so smooth checking in and any questions we had were answered very fast.

The location, the layout, and the skylights.

The cleanliness was bad. Bathroom mat was dirty, did not have any air freshener, the kitchen table and chairs were sticky, the floor had mop streaks, one of the cups in the cabinet was filled with water, the dishwasher was dirty. The cleaning supplies were dirty, kitchenware was greasy and had water marks, and the couch had stains so we had to lay a blanket to sit on it.

Apartment in very good location, in heart of downtown. Apartment has all you need. Collection of keys and access is very easy. As well there is parking in inside small yard, yet usually it is fully parked.

Perfect location, very quiet, well equipped (towels, kitchen, heater), easy to self check in, bathroom excellent, space large for two persons, response immediate from the owner.

On Friday night, youngsters are partying and make noise outside while smoking. Could be slightly more heated.

Perfect location, parking facilities. Will stay every time while visiting Vilnius
