Simple but nice and great location

The manager really tried to help us everything we need and was very polite 😊
The showerhead was old and uncomfortable
The WiFi was slow and going on and off all the time
There was no power plugs near one if the beds
There was no soap and shampoo in the shower

Really nice people
Tiny room and noisy. Breakfast included but as we were leaving earlier, they were not able to prepare us something to take away.

For the facility I would recomand a bit more attention on cleaning the room. Changing sheets at least 1 time during 7 days.

Hotel has perfect location just few meters from gondola Pian di Pezze. Cozy hotel with excellent heating, it was very warm in the rooms. Hotel has elevator which is very convinient to get to the upper flours.Breackfast is nice.
No change of bedding during one week. Need to change at least once per week.
