Das Frühstück war großartig. Auch der Frühstücksraum war toll - geräumig, ruhig. Gute Betten, ausreichen Licht. Sehr wohlriechendes Duschgel

Le petit déjeuner était super !! Et l'emplacement était très bien, facile d'accès.
On aurait préféré une douche, car, quand on est handicapé, c'est pas évident la baignoire.

L’hôtesse à l’accueil avec les lunettes était non souriante et désagréable ! Sachant que j’avais déjà réglé le petit déjeuner avec la prolongation des horaires jusqu’à 14h elle a continuer à vérifier une deuxième fois sur l’ordinateur, c’est l’argent qui passe agent le respect malheureusement! Triste réalité. Je ne reviendrai plus à cette hôtel .
Je n’ai pas apprécié l’attitude de l’hôtesse avec les lunettes et les cheveux chaton de façon lissé situé à l’accueil, totalement irrespectueuse. Si elle continue à agir de cette manière à la clientèle , l’établissement va perdre beaucoup de client et de chiffre d’affaire, je pense qu’elle devrait avoir une mise à pied de quelque jours pour se remettre les idées en place ou un licenciement.

It was a very convenient location, near to the Stadium for the Rugby World Cup Games.
The staff were very friendly.
The room was comfortable and additional pillows were provided.
The hotel is a little dated.
The hotel was very noisy on our first night with some loud talking and what sounded like a door slamming. This did not happen so much on the second night.

Hotel Kyriad offers a stellar experience, especially for those in transit. It’s the perfect place for a restful stay. The staff is commendable, with Guilain standing out for his exceptional friendliness and assistance. To top it all off, the breakfast is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location
room allocated was still not cleaned upon arrival at 5pm, we returned to reception to get a swap which was fine. Bathroom was not what I would call fresh and clean, sink so small that every time you put the tap on you get soaked.
The main issue was that on the Sunday night around 2am we were awoken to a lot of shouting and threatening behaviour taking place outside the hotel which went on for at least an hour, no member of staff seemed to deal with it. The Gendarmerie finally turned up a couple of hours after and it settled. When we tried to discuss the issue with reception the next morning we were told she does not speak English and couldn’t help.

It was located in nature and had nice restorants and supermarkets nearby
There was no internet . It was difficult to communicate with the staff because almost none spoke English . The room was really small.

Easy check in, easy to find and plenty of parking. Very clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant on site but also really close to boulangerie, restaurants and take away places.

THE HOTEL DID NOT WELCOME US AND THEY THREW US OUT FOR NO REASON.
THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE IS A RACIST.
WE STAYED OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN, AT MIDNIGHT.
THE REASON GIVEN IS THAT WE ARRIVED LATE AT NIGHT WHILE WE WARNED AND OUR HOTEL WAS WELL CONFIRMED.
I AM WAITING FOR OUR INDEMNIFICATION.

It was easy access from main motorway and have amenities round it if u needed food etc.
