All the staff are superb. friendly and helpful, relaxed and efficient. The hotel is beautiful and kids area is wonderful! Don’t want to say too much as there won’t availability when we want to return! (…but the food needs a mention too)

800€ /night for a room facing a wall with absolutely no view. very cold and badly decorated bars, restaurants and the opposite of what you could expect from a mountain hotel .

Friendly welcoming staff. Great facilities & wonderful spa. Had a great massage & manicure. Food was delicious

At peak times bar service was very slow. Communication between reception and the restaurants when booking individual half board days was poor. Both the fondue restaurant and the table de l’ours weren’t aware we were on half board that day and my request to reception for half board didn’t seem to have been logged behind the desk despite me checking. At check out it seems that other guess had had a similar experience. It isn’t very relaxing to have to sit down in a Michelin star restaurant and be offered a full choice of all menus then to have to explain you’re on half board , wait for the restaurant to confirm that, then offer us the chefs choice 3 courses. we had no idea what We were eating until the plates arrived. Even the Sommelier was confused, giving us white wine with our deer (she thought we were eating turbot) and sweet desert wine with our sweet pudding (she thought we would be eating cheese). Better communication between the reception staff and the restaurants is needed please – otherwise an amazing stay

The breakfast was great including service, selection, time and atmosphere. I looked forward to it everyday. The staff was very friendly and it felt like they got to know us and greeted us by name. The concierge was excellent and so accommodating. I really appreciate that they spoke English so well. Rooms we so cozy and clean. The decor of the hotel was amazing. It felt very luxurious, yet cozy. Close to the village and all the restaurants and grocery.

We paid for ski in/ski out - but that was not the case. We had to wait for a van to drive us to the main area to get on the ski lift. I was really disappointed in this because it is advertised as ski in/out.
