The privacy. The views were stunning and uninterrupted. We were able to see the night sky/stars because of the absence of light pollution. The pool is a fantastic size. Rooms very spacious. Cleanliness Everything we needed was provided. Lots of parking space. Very nice orchard. Amazing oranges. Architectural design.

The beds were a little bit uncomfortable for us, probably due to having musculoskeletal issues though.

Everything! Location was so restful and quiet. Every aspect of living comfortably in the house had been thought of and the gardens - wow! picking fresh oranges for juice and fresh eggs for breakfast: how special is that? Free range and very happy chickens. 😄 There was effective heating, (needed for first 2 days) as well as log fire. The hot water was plentiful and an immersion if needed. The wood was €10, same as shops but no hassle! The villa and gardens were immaculate and there was a thorough clean and change of sheets after first week. Vaso, the owner answered all queries promptly through WhatsApp. The hot pastitsio (Greek lasagne) on arrival when we were too tired to cook or go out and cake later were much appreciated and were excellent.

If I had to find one thing it would be that the beds were very firm. A thick mattress topper would help.

Private yard, perfect for small children. Chicken in the backyard, so children could check if there were eggs every day. Oranges and tangerines in the yard. Very tasty welcome-food on arrival, also christmas candies for kids. All the necessary equipment on site - in kitchen, but also games, washing machine etc. I could continue with the list, so many great aspects for family.

Firewood for the fireplace was extra cost, main heating was meant to be through the fireplace. That is fine, but we would have wanted to know it in advance to calculate the total price. Rooster was making its sound early morning, which we got to used to eventually. And that is smth you have to accept when you want chicken and eggs backyard - which we wanted fir sure :)

It is much more better, than on the photos. Unique modern villa with amazing design situated five minutes away from highway in a small wonderful old town called Miliou. One of the features of the villa is orange trees on the backyard and chickens that give fresh eggs almost every day. We took it for cooking our omlets. In the evening we discovered kittens that came to villa and watched us through the windows, we gave them milk, and they returned in the morning. Cozy terrace with table and chairs, barbecue and stone oven in the yard, big balcony with a great view, 3 bedrooms, swimming pool, spacious kitchen and living room with a beatiful chimney, everything for a comfort living. Owners met us, showed everything, it was superclean. Also they left us delicious dinner in the oven, that was a suprise. Villa has the best location for tourists who want to visit Paphos and Akamas in a short period of time, that's what we did. We stayed there for 3 nights, it was rainy, but extremely beautiful, it was local autumn. Hope to visit this place again in the summertime.

Huge pool, shame it was winter and too cold :) Fireplace works perfectly, heats the entire house. Three large bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen with all the utensils you may need (buy oliveoil, washing up liquid etc though) and kitchen is large enough to cook proper meals.

We missed some basics for the kitchen such as olive oil, and washing-up liquid, but otherwise the place is very well equipped.
