Location is nice - just outside a big sopping centre and 2 buss stops away from Disneyland. Spacious enough to accommodate family with 3 kids. We had booked the stayed only for the time of Disneyland visit, but would have happily stayed for another day.

Not exactly a drawback, but a thing to note is that the apartment is slightly worn down and could do with a bit of refresh.

Clean, easy to find and directly next to Val d' Europe. Also bus nearby.

Entering digits of the mailbox was hard. Real location is not the one advertised. About 1.2 km from RER station on the other side of shopping centre. But buses (going to Disney) nearby.

location was fantastic

absolutely filthy, blood stained sheets in the main bedroom and the living room sofa bed was disgusting with stains and the bedding was also blood stained, bloody tissues in the wardrobe. The bedding had not been changed and cleaned at all from previous stay, plugs hanging off the wall, cupboard doors missing, toilet seat hanging off, filthy bathroom with hairs still all over the bath and sink, swollen artificial floor where water damage had got in, kitchen had exposed wires, dirty counter tops from tea stains, rugs were stained beyond belief. we travelled with our family (2 adults, two teens, and a five year old) and couldn’t check in till 4pm. We went to get some shopping as we needed essentials for our stay and we’re exhausted so decided to have an early night. we wend to be at 9pm and pulled back the covers to see bloody stains. Our concerns were raised with the owners and booking.com at 9.25pm and were told they sent someone from Paris (which was about 40mins away) straight away. we sat and waited with multiple calls in between to booking.com and the owners till 12.25am, our children slept in the chairs in the lounge as I was not prepared to put my children in dirty bedding that other (possibly multiple people) had slept in. the owners. the person that they sent didn’t have enough bedding to change all the beds and the bedding he did change was covered in dry crusty food. despite us relaying our concerns we witnessed this man putting the dirty bedding that he took off the bed in the dryer in stead of the washing machine. when we questioned him he then forgot how to speak English. when we asked what he was going to do about the bedding he couldn’t change he called the owners and put them on speaker phone and the conversation started with “they are not happy as the bedding isn’t ironed” we were totally gobsmacked and corrected that we were not bothered if the bedding was ironed, we wanted clean sheets. the owners apologised to cleaner!

It was a little bit stressful having to whats app then call someone late at night to gain entry to the actual apartment. But once we got through they were very helpful.

It was so hot during our stay and we need air condition or electric fan for we were not able to sleep whole night.

awful to get into and leave. getting in was like an escape room without the clues. not what was promised. very very basic only one toilet for 7 beds. no tea or coffee or even bottled water. no bedside light it was broken.

could use more baking trays the hand basins need plugs that work to save water instructions on how to use the cooker would be useful

The location was very close to the train station, quick access to Disneyland. The apartment was big and clean.

It was what I expected (I knew from the previous reviews about the noisy renovations - they started at 10:00).

The location was amazing. We were visiting both Disneyland and Paris. The apartment we had was just beside the back of the shopping centre. So we walked about 10 to 15 minutes if we wanted to get the train to Paris city and then if we wanted to go to Disney we simply walked there since it only took 15 minutes by walking. The apartment was spacious for 4 adults and had everything we would need. The fridge was off when we came in and we had to turn it on but that isnt an issue, it was probably just cleaned before us. They let us drop off our luggage at 1pm in the apparent. There was someone there cleaning at the time and we simply left our luggage and went to the shopping centre and waiting until 3pm for actual arrival. The person cleaning didn't seem to mind The shower was easy to use, we had a nice view and everything was clean.

Nothing major just some small things It would be nice if they gave us more than one kitchen towel to dry the dishes, there was a dish washer but we didnt feel the need to use it. I have seen comments on toilet paper and I dont know why they dont leave more but they only left 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 6 days. We did have to go buy our own The neighbours also were doing some construction at 9am for the first 3 days .... not the property fault but we also weren't notified of this.

Great location. There is a lot of space in the apartment.

The apartment is very much in need of some love and care. Wallpaper has stains and damages everywhere. No decorations, not anywhere. There used to be something on the wall I think because you could see the outlines. A lot of things werre broken. Electric plugs that were not working. One was coming loose from the wall. Lightbulbs that need to be replaced. You can tell that the owner of this apartment hasn't been staying here for a long long time.

Bad cleaning and not responding to messages

I came from delay flight at 11:30 pm, and leave by 10:00 am. I did not found 60 € for cleaning in my booking .. !!??? ,, and it is too much for me ... one night with family + 60 € cleaning + safety refund deposit within 7 days ... !!??? The staff thankfully send me the receipt detail, I was shocked .. and this details was not in my booking.

The instructions were clear and concise on how to access the keys .

It was really hot and there were to much bugs

Great location and great property for families. Close to grocery store and restaurants giving you options. Close to Disney which was the reason for our stay.
