superb location in city center. Spacious and comfortable apartment, very clean.

The apartment was very nice. There were clean towels as well as other supplies for the bathroom and the kitchen. It was within walking distance from the city centre. The owner, Maria, was very kind and helpful, even when we had an issue.

The kitchenware (vessels, utensils) and the appliances (the oven especially) need to be taken care of and cleaned better.

The location of the apartment is very good. Maria was very nice to host, always at our disposal. Apartman was clean and had everything you need for a stay.

1. Water supply cut off for a day. Not lucky. 2. Lift didn't work 1 day only. We were on the 6th Floor. 3. Some days the parking was completely full.

Unfortunately my stay was extremely bad and disgusting neither convenient, unpleasant, nor comfortable as: * Owner never informed before arrival nor mentioned on Booking.com that building was under renovation. Hence, Distractive drill noise started early morning then unable to sleep. Further to stone chips were falling out to pedestrians, street and parked cars. * Intreastingly, I was not given the fancy, clean, colourful, and spacious property shown in the shared photos. * Uploaded photos were not reflecting the true condition of building and apartment. * Bedroom was equipped with uncomfortable old bed, dusty stincky pillow, bed sheet, and blanket. The same goes to remaining furniture at bedroom. * Extremely bad value for money. * Property was not ready for hosting guests. it was like a trap.

We were doing repairs and it was very noisy early in the morning.

Perfect location, 10 mins walk to the centre. Friendly, helpful and accommodating host. Apartment is fully equipped and perfect for smaller families.

I did not expect such an attitude from the owner. First, we booked an apartment and paid for the booking 2 days in advance. literally half an hour after we moved to this new apartment. We called the landlady and asked to stay longer ... she took 200 euros in advance and arrived literally 2 days later and said that, unfortunately, some client had booked this room and he would come tomorrow, so we need to leave the apartment !! why then the money was taken in advance. It always seemed to me that when you give money in advance, it confirms that this apartment is yours and you can safely dispose of it. in this regard, she created a lot of inconvenience to us .. then on the day of departure we agreed that we would leave at 12:00 instead of 12:00, she came at 11:00, . The landlady entered the apartment without asking !!, without the knowledge ! came not alone, but with a man! that is, i entered the hall literally on one towel, without even having time to get dressed !!! I stood in one towel and said, leave the apartment, she says that I brought a man to check the air conditioner, sorry, there are still 40 minutes left until 12:00, so leave my room please and wait little , I'm standing here naked, let me get dressed !! but no, she came in 5 minutes again with this man!( I'm a customer! and the client is not treated in this way; there are simply no words to express dissatisfaction !!! Maria, you didn't pick us up on the street! we came we paid for everything! please don't do this with clients next time!

The location was very central and well described. Maria was very helpful about queries that I had. She responded to any questions very quickly and was very helpful. The balcony was great. It was a good size with lovely windows that opened wide, to allow a good air circulation. Parking was very good. It is very good having good parking in that area.

The apartment was a little small. It was ideal for 1 person, as stated in the description.
