Food quality and variety was exceptional

We stayed at the Cliff House. Awesome location. The local setting is beautiful. A lovely view of the valley and sunsets. There is a lot of quiet and hardly any hustle bustle even during the day. One could walk around in peace. The place is also about an hour away by car from the other attractions of Mukteshwar and Bhimtal. The staff is extremely courteous. We had Mr Rajdeep help us during the day at the Cliff House. The other staff at the Old Ramgarh Bungalows, where we had our meals, was excellent and very accommodating of us four and a fickle 10 month old. Good food, some excellent jams, chutnies, and fruits.

It's a good place to stay. Gives an old world vibe. The staff at Ashok Vatika were very courteous and the food was very good.

They should be a bit careful when they are billing you for the food. We were overcharged for our driver's meals. Of course it wasn't deliberate but they need to be a bit more cautious.

A very scenic and quiet location.

The room we were given was in an annexe kind of building at the edge of the property more than half km away from the main bungalows. A narrow indifferently furnished room with a very basic sit out.

The location is great! The property is located near in a nice little village and away from main road. Nice nature walks around the property, just step out and start your trails. Very calm and quiet place. The views for hills around are beautiful. Great food. Neemrana's hospitality is always outstanding!

It has an old world charm. And staff was courteous. The breakfast area was very nice

Very poorly maintained. They need to invest in basic maintenance. Upholstry was dirty, cushion covers were old and stinking, the place needs a coat of paint, lamps shades need to be changed, disappointed by the maintenance esp being a Neemrana property.

It was really a fantastic experience staying at Neemrana Ramgarh Bunglow.

The place is good. The staff at the old bungalow was very cooperative. The food was also nice.

While overall it is good, I would say that only for the old bungalow. We initially tried to check into the new bungalow but realised that the food comes from old bungalow. Also, the wifi was not working in the new bungalow, which was critical for us as we were also working during our stay. About Ramgarh - there isn't much to do there except eating fruits. Also, the hotel does not seem to bother much about any activities that guests can do at their place - a trek or a birding tour etc. Such things will make the stay better.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Amazing outdoor Breakfast organized by the staff every morning. Delicious food and breathtaking location. Staff always ready to serve us. They also ensure we get both the rooms in the same villa as requested at the time of booking. Rooms were big equipped with all the amenities. Loved the experience.

The ambience n layout of property , too cramped . The water pressure was not adequate for even bathing
