The hotel looks good from the outside, the room is big but old, the parquet makes noise when you walk on it, the best lasagna I've eaten. The garden it’s beautiful

Steep, angled driveway had a rocky surface with lots of gravel - not helpful when trying to get a motorcycle parked! Told, on arrival, that dinner options were limited to a buffet in the restaurant at 35 euros per person. Asked if there was a choice or an option and was told that was all there was being served and the nearest restaurant wasn't within walking distance. Did a search on Google and found there was an excellent rustic restaurant 300m away which we used a couple of times. Not sure why we weren't told about that - maybe the hotel, which obviously caters for wealthy guests, thought it wasn't suitable 🤔

The indoor pool, turkish bath, sauna are very good and clean, also the gym is small but very complete. Views are amazing, and the fresh air is a plus, also loved the games room with lots of board games. Staff is very helpful and polite.

The room was prepared for me, my husband and son, but only 2 teacups, 2 glasses, 2 slippers, no robe for my son etc.. the only thing they counted him in was the bed and towels. The tea and coffee in the room were very little, when we asked for more, we were charged extra, not nice! I don't agree that snooker/pool should be charged extra, I would agree to a deposit for the balls, but not a charge. The safe in the cupboard was out of order.

The location is great but it feels like being in a big hostel with zero personal touch. The staff is very sweet and nice but is used to treat clients like numbers so everything is like a process and not an experience.

The beds were hard like rocks and the pool is pretty small and always too busy

The hotel is amazing. Fantastic location. You can see the city lights in the night, the sunrise and sunset with astonishing colours (seems like a movie). The staff is lovely, everybody are so polite and friendly, they let us feel so nice during these days. Definitely, we will come back here.
