This hotel is technically in Domlur but is just a 2-minute ride from 100ft Road, making it the best option if your contacts are mainly in the Indiranagar area. You can expect an excellent breakfast, with a Madurai Idly joint just outside for ad-hoc lunches/dinners. The staff is very helpful and you also get a newspaper every morning.

Hard to find a decent mini market nearby. This hotel is almost a decade old now and this is usually the time where an investment has to made to keep things looking fresh. I hope this is done soon because the floors are squeaking and bathrooms are starting to show their age. The rooms also don't have safety lockers, which is a must today.

Clean and well kept property and rooms, good breakfast; great location that is close to Koramangla, Indiranagar, MG Rd, HAL; and all this at a price that is truly value for money!

Amrit the receptionist was polite on the phone. It was the other guy who didn't even bother to tell his name despite of asking multiple times. Instead he hung up the call thrice.

Rude reception personnel. Requested information about Airport pickup and without checking the person said sorry not possible. The an hour later they sends me an email about Airport pickup and asking me the details of the flight. This shows they have not even read the booking notes which has all the airlines details , arrival time etc. Linen was smelly , we booked for 2 nights but stayed only one and cancelled and booked the other night in Leela Bharatiya City. Even send a note to Rwnu Varghese GM Ramada and no response to that either. Anyways overall a terrible hotel

The staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. Room service menu was extensive. Food was high quality and service was prompt. I really appreciated the availability of streaming services (such as Netflix) in the room.

I experienced a few (temporary) power outages during my stay which were a little concerning. No coffee option in the room and no "plain" coffee available in the breakfast buffet. The only coffee available in the breakfast buffet was milk coffee.

There should be 24/7 beverages and snaks should open....should have open smoke zone in terrace 24/7. else have to go down...
