The room is good.

I didn't like the flooding outside the hotel

2 adults + 1 child. No towel or water bottle for the child until I insisted. Bathroom is ugly with rust and corrosion. The place needs re-doing. Door could open only 2/3.

Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 toast (plain-Jane white not whole wheat as advertised) , some kind of orange-colored juice, 2 sausage, but no ham as advertised. Impossible Wi-Fi. Long black hairs throughout.

the road to the hotel is very narrow.

all pretty good. others didn’t mention its 100m from the main road. tho the a/c drowned out the noise. restaurant on the beach is a short walk. good food.

The bathroom was nice and clean.

Our second here (we were here two years ago) and we didn't expect such deception. Waiting more than 10 minutes before somebody turned up at the front desk, when we were the only guests they had on that day. After ringing the bell, no one, after calling in on the phone, still no one. Really waiting for them to show up whenever seemed to be fine. Arriving in our room, the garden view was actually the neighbour's garage with barb wires on the fence, lovely of course. The curtain was ripped and dirty. There was no water in the fridge, so we had to ask. And when we asked about sugar for the tea, they said that it's not given but only on request. Big rocks were place between the grass zone and the parking zone that you cannot see during the night and of course unfortunately our car ran over one of those and we heard a big noise. Fearing for the car we went down to verify. The guardian found nothing else to say except 'I was the one putting it there'. Seriously?

safe in room was portable and security in building is non existent . breakfast is very poor due to staff being not interested to do better . Got room cleaned when I left room AC was 20C when returning was 27C and they were unable to change back dispute asking .

The location and hotel staff. The location is close to the city center. I booked this place to do the SUP by walking distance in soi 75/1.

The facilities were quite poor. No warm water and the given towels were pretty old. I expected more for 1,300thb per night.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. The location is very close to the beach. The toiletries supply was good. The bed was soft and comfortable. Value for money. It is real worth it. Quality of cutlery and utensils excellent.

The internet connection had challenges but when reported they tried to resolve would be because of the weather. It was cloudy and rainy. Seaside no sea view. The trees in front overgrown. Could do with a trim to allow for sea view. The noise from the road can be too loud. The pillows too hard.
