La chambre est de bonne qualité. La qualité de l'accueil (depuis les informations avant l'arrivée) et du service (petit-déjeuner). L'emplacement est idéal, en plein coeur du centre historique de Palerme. Et cerise sur le gâteau : la terrasse pour le petit déjeuner est magique !

Bon à savoir : les 2 étages sans ascenseur !

La situación es fantástica para ir caminando y conocer la parte antigua de Palermo. Vito nos atendio con mucha amabilidad y nos aconsejo como movernos por la ciudad. Nosotros llegamos a Palermo en coche y fue una odisea llegar hasta el hotel, pues está en pleno centro y hay que atravesar un laberinto de calles estrechas, gracias a San Google, conseguimos llegar. Es una zona donde está prohibido aparcar, pero tuvimos mucha suerte y encontramos una plaza en la puerta del hotel, arriesgándonos a que nos multarán, pero también tuvimos suerte en eso. Las habitaciones son correctas, está muy limpio y el desayuno es bastante completo.Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas!!!.

El único pero, es que hasta llegar a las habitaciones hay bastantes escaleras y no hay ascensor.

Really nice rooms in a old well maintained building at 2 minutes walking from “I quattro canti”. Owners are very welcoming and go far and beyond to sort any issues. Recommended the best way to get the car closer to put the luggage in. The breakfast terrace is gorgeous!

Be aware the rooms are on second and third floor so if you are not travelling light it might be an issue.

Excellent BnB which is located perfectly in the centre of Palermo, right next to Quattro Canti. We could reach all the tourist hotspots on foot and even return for a little siesta to the BnB in between. The owners were very helpfull and had great food recommendations. Highlight is rooftop terrace where breakfast is served...

Young guy on reception was super helpful and the lady serving breakfast was amazing. Also breakfast was fantastic,lots of choice, great location in centre of the city with roof terrace and beautiful views.

Our accomadation was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We liked the set up of the room, breakfast area and terrace but the highlight was the wonderful staff. They were friendly, helpful and eager to help make our stay enjoyable.

Great location in a very heart of the Palermo. As the earplugs were offered next to the bed (we do use them anyway on daily basis), street was quiet after 11pm. Superb breakfast compared to "classic" italian offering only sweets, cakes etc., in addition enjoying perfect view. Sparkling clean, we have stayed for two nights, lady cleaned the bins etc. on both days. Do recommend!

The AC needs maintenance, it worked only as a fan, we had to sleep with 28 degrees. Breakfast could be better,the sweet options were not very good.

The owners are friendly, responsive, and really helpful. At the last minute we decided to stay a few days more in Palermo, and since the Terrazza Sul Centro was already fully booked, Emiliano called a colleague and got us an excellent room at another B&B nearby.

We had a lovely time at this place, it was a highlight of our visit to Palermo. There is a very nice, familiar atmosphere and the hosts, Bárbara and Emiliano are incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful, always willing to chat and give you some tips. We received a detailed information before getting to Palermo, and the check-in after hours was very easy. The place has a perfect location, comfy rooms and the most beautiful terrace where you can have a delicious breakfast served by remarkably kind and welcoming Mary. Thank you for all the cappuccinos we had a chance to have with views over the old city! :) Highly recommended if you’re planning to visit Palermo! Hope we go back one day.

Everything - especially the Hosts, extremely nice and helpful peoble, handle every request we had. Good breakfast on a nice patio. Very close to center and all the monuments :) Thank you !

Nothing, everything was super. Future guest might though want to consider that there are no elevator in the building, if they don´t like to walk stairs :)

Staff were excellent, the view from the room and from the breakfast terrace were extremely nice, location perfect for sightseeing, museums, bars and restaurants.

Room was basic (but clean!), absolutely ZERO chance of parking anywhere nearby (hotel can recommend a private garage only). Breakfast was basic but perfectly fine.

Nice view from the terrace for a lovely breakfast. Hosts and staff are kind and helpful. Convenient location, close to main streets and attractions.

No complains. Just keep in mind that you have to take the stairs so pack light.

Amazing staff, very helpful already weeks before our arrival in Palermo providing us different kind of information. The location is great, very reachable by any main point of the city. The big terrace is a very nice plus!

The room was quite dark and not very cosy. To reach the hotel/breakfast hall it's 3 floors with no elevator.
