very very clean , location , parking and amazing view to the lake

We stayed at Piccadilly for 2 nights in July and we enjoyed our stay. All the hotel is upgraded with a beautiful lobby and clean rooms. The bathroom was very clean with walk-in shower, the beds were comfortable with clean bed sheets. The room has AC and balcony. We had a room with garden view and it was very quiet. The hotel had a nice terrace were we could enjoy breakfast and a nice garden with opening to the lake, were you can sun bathing.

We didn't like that even there were signs all over the hotel about Coronavirus rules, the staff was indifferent that nobody followed the distance rules or not wearing the mask inside, on common spaces or inside the restaurant. Even at the reception desk were 2 ladies (that looked like part from the superior staff) who didn't wear masks. The food was very poor and cheap, and the coffee terrible. They have a parking space but there are not enough places for everybody, and you had to manage yourself. We were approached by a man who asked us for a lot of money to park in a private property. The services were not worth the money.

Good bed, nice location, beautiful terrace

Towels are very small and old (grayish color), staff could be more polite. The worst thing was the queue at the coffee in the morning, the 2 machines are definitely not enough and it’s not normal to stay 15 mins to take a cup of coffee.

The suff was really helpful the manger was amazing thy give me more what I was expected, the view was nice from my room also quite,,,thank you I'll visit again

We found roaches in the room multiple times, when we told the staff they did not seem bothered by this.(their reply was “its only small roaches, they are not gonna eat you”). They looked at us like it was something wrong with us because we demanded a room without roaches. No hairdrier. Bathroom was smallish, the shower didnt have the best design and was a bit clogged, and the watter usually spread all over the bathroom floor.

Very clean and quiet place, the view towards the lake was spectacular. The hotel, restaurant, terrace and yard spotless clean. The personnel was very professional and happy to help. A special note for the green yard towards the lake. Wonderful and quiet.

The coffee from the breakfast was not ideal :-) and the number of seagulls was pretty high. Maybe a bird deterrent solution would lower their presence..

Mic dejun excelent, amplasarea terasei de nota 10.Per total un sejur reușit. Am primit camera cu vedere la lac, super.
