Staff were super accommodative. Room and balcony were directly overlooking the beach. Beautiful setting. Great value.

The sea view was on point, their pool clean and nice. The view is all they had.

The doors were failing to open, water disappeared in the showers, power kept on blacking out. It was Christmas time, people flooded the breakfast area and breakfast was done by 8.30am. The breakfast had very poor options of boiled sweet potatoes and veggies..

Love their pool and access to the beach.

-Their food was overpriced but not nice. - We requested to get an iron but they never responded until after a few more calls to say they cannot send an iron to the room. - the rooms are a bit dated and the hair dryer was broken and was emiting smoke until we had to call someone from their offices to check. - their price for the rooms is good, but they can do so much more.

The Hospitality was superb. Kiba and Rashid these gentlemen made my stay worth it. Vey resourceful and friendly

No transport from Airport. Can also improve on variety of meals

Receprion staff need to be more responsive. they do not pick up calls from the rooms. Several times had to call restaurant to alert them. there are no slippers in the bathroom

Two amazing and clean pools. My daughter really enjoyed the kids pool which had the perfect amount of water for little ones. It was always well heated and we could stay there well into the evening. The room was lovely and spacious. I had a nice view of the pool and ocean. Definitely worth the upgrade to have the view. The cleaning ladies did a good job maintaining the room and providing toiletries. Breakfast buffet was good but mostly the same everyday. There was usually enough food, even if we went towards the end. Overall, staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. I would return in the future.

The beach wasn't what I was expecting. It had waste washed up on the shore daily. My room door seemed to not be able to close properly and I could open it without the key. I didn't bother complaining about it as I did not want the hassle of packing up and moving rooms when we were already settled. Just hoped for the best and put valuables in the safe. I was asked to pay a 5k fee for using the floating ring that was just laying around by the pool. I thought that was a bit ridiculous, the pool is already accessible to and part of the room rate. Others also used it prior and were not asked to pay... When I tried to pay for something on MPESA I was asked to use the withdrawal agent option instead of the usual merchant paybill number. This of course attracts a much larger cost on my end. The shower tend to flood the bathroom.
