Great location, well presented.

Close to nearby pub, so not great if you enjoy a long lie in in the morning. Noisy with them moving barrels and bottles around.

We stayed here for nearly three weeks while doing business and visiting friends and family in the area. We loved it! The view from the upstairs sitting room was great, the place was warm (very important in February) and spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is perfect if you don't have a car, being five minutes walk from buses or trains. We will definitely be back!

Traffic on Captains Row: Size and speed of vehicles; hazardous stepping out onto narrow footpath; larger vehicles making the whole building shake!

a great getaway, well placed to the town, restaurants, coffee shops etc. The place was very well maintained and and a lot of thought has been put into making your stay comfortable, nice little touches like flowers on arrival, and biscuits to get you off to a good start with your cup of tea! I would most definitely book again. Michelle was great at keeping us informed, a really great host.

The bedroom was so small we couldn't fit the suitcase in to open so that had to be done on the landing outside the bathroom. The bed is a double but SO small it made sleeping a little less comfortable than at home!

If you're on foot and used to living in a city, it's easy to forget nearby food shops close early on a Sunday.

The house has been renovated to a very high standard and very comfortable. The position of the cottage in the town could not be better for the harbour or the shops which are of a high standard.

The frosted windows are unfortunate. The other point is the totally unexpected use the pub has down the back and very noisy when the bin men came and emptied all the glass. The bins were all outside the house next door.
