scent in the lobby is too much

The room was good, beds were comfy and we didn't have any problems with noise. The breakfast was okay and the location was perfect for us. We stayed so we could go to a concert at Guanamor Studio, so we were 5 min away by car.

Breakfast could be better with a bit more variety.

Staff wasn't horrible..

Ran out of TP, asked for more and it never came. Asked for more towels and washcloths but only towels came. Pile of dirt on floor outside our room and it was finally picked up in the third day. Huge Crack in between the door and door jam so every sound and light shown through the door. Said Spanish and English spoken buy only Spanish spoken. Free breakfast but not much of a selection. Bathroom was horribly tiny, felt like I was in an RV or small boat. Massive metal doorstop in center of entry way so we kept tripping on it.

We selected this facility for its proximity to the country club for a concert performance. It was ideal.

Just an ordinary place.

Value hotel, so you get what you pay for.

everything except the room was subpar

The location was not good for us. The room was too small. There was no room to walk around. The bathroom was cramped. Only for business travelers is this a good place to stay

Breakfast was ok,.

when we tried to do the check-in, we missed the reservation, even though we paid for the missing reservation, they tried to tell us that if we do not get the reservation the next day, there was no room for us. No logic in their comment.

the location was perfect with convenient shopping stores with walking distance
