Room rate per night, no restaurant on the weekend, cost of food and drinks in the restaurant paid $7.00 for a flat white, the bathroom was not up to scratch

Was told breakfast was not open on weekends (to find out after we walked to find somewhere else) that it was open when we returned.

Great location

My allocated room stunk of cigarettes and a damp mouldy smell. The bathroom smelt like sewerage. They moved me to another room which was better, however, the maintenance man burst in the door the following morning because he didn't think anyone was in there. The apology I received was "there was a glitch in the system". Rude, unhelpful staff. I expected more for the money charged.

The apartment was clean and spacious. It was easy walking distance to shops and amenities.

the location was perfect

our appartments has a toxic mould smell whenever we locked it up. the fans and air con had to be on t HR whole time and there was mould on the carpet right out front of our door. someone has turned the exhaust fan off in the cupboard and we couldn’t use it, therefore not use the stove top, oven or toaster for 3 days until it was fixed. the cleaners came once in 7 days.
