cleanliness and facilities! Rooms require an update and more through cleaning. Spa facilities not so clean, many things are not functioning, and massage that I got was really poor!

The view and AC were great and it was easy walking distance to town. Nice having parking right there.

We don't like being told we can't bring food into the room or can't bring coffee from breakfast up. Especially when it meant eating inside with others which I don't like to do now because of COVID. Breakfast wasn't very exciting anyway...

new modern hotel with great facilities that you may expect from a new hotel. walking distance around 5mins to the old city and Stari Most bridge. free parking and safe area.

Steep walk from the city center. twin beds instead of double. stains on carpet and wear and tear in general. pool closes at 8 pm. locker was locked and not usable.

The hotel is at the top of a very steep hill. It is not appropriate for those travelling with babies (which I put in the filter). The hotel gave us a lovely upgrade but the bathroom drains smelled VERY bad.

Smells awful in room 5. No bathroom soap, shampoo and other stuff 6. TV remote doesn't work 7. Drinks in minibar are dirty It seems like house reconstruct to hotel with a little pool and it doesn't look a hotel at all. It's just a guest house pretend to be a hotel.

breakfast was excellent! spa sauna shower wasn't working but sauna was nice and hot. room was amazing but the ind was so loud on the balcony.

The location was good. The bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was horrible. From the coffee to the eggs, all of it was mostly disgusting. Thr shower stank because the water didnt run off. The floor was built uneven so the staying water would stink up the whole bathroom. The AC system was not working properly the first night so the heating was not working for a few hours. We travelled during the off season ij Mostar but it doesnt excuse how the hotel gave me the feeling that they absolutely didnt care to fix issues at the building.

-We booked this hotel because of SPA. On reception they told us that it is free to use, but the only thing that was working was the sauna. Swimming pool was closed and nobody told us. When we asked why, they were really insolent. We left the hotel before night and they even chraged us. -shower in the SPA wasn't working too, and because I am pregnant I couldn't use the sauna either -mini bar has a bed smell -part under hand washer was broken -room was very cold -we asked receptionist to speak with the Manager but he yelled and said that he will call police and we cannot speak with Manager (we were very polite and just ask to talk to him beacuse of the swimming pool issue) -after this situation, during our talk with Manager, the receptionist changed the info about the swimming pool on booking.com. Before that not even on booking nor their website there was that info

Sauna heating was shut downd when I entered spa, explanation of the staff was that they did not expect visitors???? though it was afternoon time, in addition steam room was not working..... Room temperature upon entering was 19 degrees , it took me about 4 hours of heating to reach 24 degrees.
