The staff were very friendly and the room had a great view of the sea and the Tower of Hercules Lighthouse.

Hotel very tired

Awesome communication, the representative was always helpful. The location is perfect. The hotel itself has its own authentic retro vibe. We had a great experience staying there.

The check-in process went smoothly, the staff were very friendly and allowed us to keep some of our luggage there afterwards so we could enjoy the city without towing around bags. The location was close to the beach as well.

The room opened into an alleyway/extended balcony of sorts, so it felt a bit unsafe to leave the window open at night despite needing fresh air. Moreover, the room was clean but there were some spots on the duvet cover and some things that could use repair.

Everything was lovely except for the additional fee that was asked for for my dog after I had already paid for the stay. I think this goes against booking.com regulation?

The property is well positioned, overlooking the beach and close to the town, bus routes and taxi stop. it has a warm and friendly feel . Comfortable bed . I have stayed twice so I do like this hotel.

The bathroom is a little tired , the ceiling and the shower door needs attention.

its very close to beach and reasonable walking distance from most of the main parts of the city, the view from my window was very nice and it was fairly cheap, staff were friendly and was nice to relax on single bedroom after doing the Camino from Port to Santiago and staying in hostels every night showers also standard enough, get towels and shower gel in them which is very handy.

it could be my error as I didn’t look around enough but I’m unsure if there was any kitchen area but there’s plenty of cheap food places nearby anyway so it doesn’t matter much, and I’m sure if I asked the staff I could’ve sorted it out as I wanted hot water for my noodles, very minor thing so wouldn’t worry about it lol

The location was very good, the sea view was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. I could get from reception a kettle to have in the room.

The room smells clean and it looks in general clean, although the bathroom has black parts into the tiles, the bathroom cabin was difficult to move. The beds smell to clean but in one of the rooms the sheets had some holes looks like if was made by claws (I had 3 rooms as we went out to spend some time in near towns when we were back the room allocated was different). Some times I heard barkings but passable. Normally the reception was empty and enclosed so the circulation of the air was not good there, smelled like someone were sleeping there. Once I couldn't get hot water to have a shower.

The hotel is located in a excellent area, just behind Riazor, with quite a lot of commodities, bars and shops around, the staff is amazing specially Serxio!! Thank you very much for everything!

Amazing location with sea view. Comfy double bed. Hot, powerful shower. Good size room with a bit of decoration so not plain. Good café for breakfast recommended. Also nice Italian restaurant nearby. Receptionist kindly rang taxi company for me.

Bit of a long way from train and bus stations. Fair bit of noise from other parts of the hotel. Entirely my fault but I forgot / mislaid the code for the door, so don't do that!

I had a lovely view of the beach. it was easy to find, comfortable and nicely decorated. Close to nice restaurants, buses and the beach.

Sound proofing non-existent. We could hear everything the other hotel guests were saying. And unfortunately, Spaniards are noisy at all hours of the day or night. The next morning we went to buy earplugs.

the bathroom was dirty the first time we arrived. the noise was horrible, people next to our room were making noise all time… the walls are so thin that everything can be heard. The room was a little bit all, but aceptable for what we paid. The heat was horrible as well. we did not see there was no air conditioning.
