The breakfast is not available in the establishment itself, however there is a good caffeteria some 1500 meters away which opens at 6am and offers everything you may possibly want: sandwitches, bakery, pizza, full-fledged restaurant meals. excellent wifi connection, with some life-hack: there are two hotels in this building and they have thier own separate wifi networks. However depending on the room you are in the signal from the "neighbour wifi network" may be stronger. The wifi passowrds are the same on both networks so you just connect to the stronger network and you are fine.

Check-in procedure is not straight. I wish the owner would staighten it up, explaining up-front what is the easiest way to checkin to avoud mix-ups and need for exessive communication.

Facility is clean, quiet rural location, good office workspace (desk and chair), high average WiFi speed (~up to 5MB/s), at least two food places within walking distance ~1.5km available from 6am to 11pm.

Reachability by public transport is poor, a bus 3.5km from the railway station which goes rather not often, WiFi is fast but sometimes cuts off (apparently low signal, depends on position in the room), Confusing check-in procedure, needed to call the owner (I highly suggest the owner uses key lockbox), In my room the shower hose is about to break.
