The location is excellent, right in the centre of all the action. It gives you the feeling of living like a local. The bedrooms are huge and comfortable. Air conditioning was a blessing.

The kitchen is small. And the living room doesn't have enough room for everyone to sit (party of 5). No mirror in one of the bedrooms.

We arrived after entrance gate was locked and we were stranded. Finally got in and NO lights in the stairwell for 3 flights. Had several issues that the host tried to fix, but very frustrating.

Location, location, location! Andrej made things right with just a little prompting.

We had to ask the cleaning crew to come back and clean again. Actual dust balls in bedroom and sticky kitchen floor. Bed wasn’t too good either.

Rented two rooms, booked for 2 families, Pleasant management, very friendly, great location and enjoyed lot. Good option who are planning visit to lake and park. Only 40 min drive. Very clean and handy rooms.

Great location in the heart of Zadar old town but still quiet at night Huge and comfy apartment, air con works well. Host was really friendly and welcoming and maps were included in the apartment along with some guides to the area. Good shower.

Could have been a little clearer ahead of time what to do regarding check in as there wasn't much info up-front (other places usually give some instructions) The banister in the stairs up to the apartment are a bit wobbly - not sure if this is part of your property but mentioning it just in case you can tighten it up :) Just a small thing but could do with a bin in the lounge as it's a long way from the bedrooms to the kitchen!
