The Room bathroom dryer was giving shocks of electricity . Because of that couldn’t use it .

To be honest the only positive thing during my stay was the hot water

Room was very cold and after three staff trying to rectify the thermostat I ended up sleeping in a very cold room. Check in took me about 25 minutes, extremely slow. My room was not comfortable at all, sofa very dirty, lighting in the bathroom is poor.

Good breakfast and big rooms. Staffs are highly trained and supportive. Good lobby and surrounding.

Furniture and fixtures are becoming old. They need to change the furniture and especially wooden floors. Security guards are checking guests each and every time they enter the premises which may have some troubles to guests. Check in counter staffs are not trained as much as I have to wait to check in for few minutes extra even I reached hotel at midnight.

Renovations are going on. It does not affect your experience, but it's an eye sore.

Size of the room, good location to stay near the airport.

Definitely not a 5* hotel. Cold everywhere, dirty as ongoing painting on the floors, spa is not working, breakfast is bad (not fresh at all) and overall experience is not great. Loads of people coming to the hotel and more like a little bazaar downstairs.

Bei allem guten Willen, dieses Hotel hat nie und nimmer 5 Sterne verdient. Max 3, doch dafür ist es viel zu teuer. Die Zimmer sind komplett abgewohnt und auch beim Frühstück eine sehr schlechte Atmosphäre.

The selection of food for a westerner was great

It was advertised as a 5 star hotel. Well it stunk, there was allot of noise, it was under renovation, dusty, dirty, I could go on. It was advertised as 2.5 kilometers from the airport but was 12 kilometers… Thought I was getting a good deal but it was a dump.

Friendly staff, fairly clean hotel, decent rooms for price

Noise levels heard from outside in your room. We had booked overnight for travelling out on early morning flight, there was a wedding outside and the loudness of the drums etc could be heard on the 11th floor as if we were in some Rock concert, it kept us up all night, wedding was hosted at the hotel. The quality of the rooms glass windows is inadequate as all outdoor noise can be heard in your room.
