La situation est idéale pour visiter la région. Il y a un parking dans la résidence et l'appartement est spacieux et propre.
La propriétaire est très gentille, de bons conseils et parle très bien français.
Le lit n'est pas très confortable.

Good location, 10 minute walk from the town centre and restaurants. Good secure parking in the grounds of the house. Spacious, clean bathroom.
Kitchen was lacking some items - no dinner mats or drinks mats, and no tea towel for drying plates/dishes etc. On arrival mugs and glasses had been put away in cupboards but were unclean and needed washing before we could use them.

Chiara was an excellent host and we enjoyed our stay at Rio Molino. The on-site car parking was excellent. Located in q quiet area but only a short walk to Stresa's ristorante area and the beautiful lake at Stresa. Plenty of tea and coffee making facilities. There is an excellent Conad for excellent food and beverage items.

The apartment is well located. There is a private parking next to the apartment, which is very convenient

The mattress is not really comfortable and the kitchen equipment could be improved.

large apartment, nice and airy even in the very warm weather, close to the railway station and a supermarket, there was private enclosed car parking, the host was very warm and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for her.
we did find that the street outside was quite noisy early in the morning, this wasn't helped by having the window open because we were there in such warm weather, the addition of a microwave would have been helpful,

I really liked the apartment - great location, very spacious apartment, has everything you need to live, nice interior. Very nice owner, always ready to help, nice contact. Near the railway station, from which you can go to the town nearby and even to other countries. The Streza is a magnificent in itself, and also a convenient location for milking trips around the lake. The lake has clean water, the beaches are also clean (but I recommend taking special shoes for swimming because of the rocky bottom). There is a supermarket with a good selection of delicious ready-made food within a 10-minute walk. The apartment has a kitchenette and it is very convenient. There are 2 coffee makers - I recommend buying coffee and enjoying it on the balcony. There is a self-service laundry within a 20-minute walk (very convenient when traveling). We are very grateful to Chiara - we felt very comfortable. We want to come back!!!

We really liked this apartment. Very spacious, nice terrace to sit out on and very helpful host. Kitchen and eating area separate which is good. Everything clean and comfy bed. Residential area so quiet and interesting to see where local people live.
Bit a of a drag up the hill with our luggage but easy to find and not a big problem.

Plenty of space for a family- more than enough for two. Pleasant balcony to sit out on.
Nowhere to put your spongebag contents in the bathroom. No sponge or brush for washing up.
Bed very firm, curtains so flimsy it must be hard to get to sleep from May to August...
