We loved the space and the size of the property. The location was superb. We loved the early check-in and late check-out.

We had to clean the fridge and the shower when we got there as it was dirty. We informed the agent and they apologised. There were not enough sun beds for all guests. The sink in the bathroom would not drain easily.

A great picturesque house with good facilities. The kitchen was well equipped, the bathrooms were good. The house is easy to get to from the airport, with space enough for 2 small rental cars, on the drive. The pool was great (but as advertised, is deep). The separate double en suite room, was great for our eldest son and his girlfriend to stay in. The location is quiet but just down the road from the small centre and supermarkets. It's also a short drive to larger supermarkets.

Mattress toppers and mattress protectors may help the beds to be a little more comfortable but no one felt they were awful.

Location, the pool, outside seating. The bathrooms were very good.

Not enough sunbeds, dining table inside needs replacing, the awning looked shabby, the instructions needed to be less vague i.e regarding the recycling and rubbish disposal. Air conditioning would further enhance the villa.

From the point of booking, we had a great experience. The hosts (MNK Villas) provided good communications and were helpful with any questions we had. The villa itself is very well presented – clean and tidy on arrival and a very easy check in process (key safe next to the main door). The rooms are good and having an annexe for two people really helps. The bathrooms are modern and very clean and one is cleverly arranged so that it can be an en suite for one bedroom or a bathroom for general use. The kitchen facilities are excellent and the inclusion of both a dishwasher and washing machine makes the stay a lot easier. The fridge freezer is large enough for a good supply of food and drink and there's plenty of crockery and cutlery. The swimming pool is well maintained and clean and is big enough for a cooling dip as well as a some decent lengths if you feel the need to exercise! It's well appointed and gets plenty of sun during the day. Switching the pool lights on at night makes it a great setting for a livener or two. The location is excellent. The villa is on a side road and is very quiet but only two minutes walk from restaurants and a small supermarket. The faux fishing village of Binibequer Vell is a short walk from the villa which has lots of places to eat and more shops. Plenty of good restaurants to recommend but it's definitely worth booking Bambu (about three mins from the villa) – a great Thai fusion place which does great cocktails and fabulous tapas – and right next to the supermarket is the fantastic Binibeca Vell Café run by Andres – although it's called a café, it's a proper restaurant and very popular with locals and visiting Spaniards. A longer walk well worth doing is Taberna del Corso (around Cala Torret) and for a pre or post-supper drink pop into The Smugglers – we didn't eat there but people recommend the food (which is more British than other places).

Quiet location. Two of the 3 bathrooms were modern. Large annexe. Good instructions and information pack supplied prior to arrival. Easy access. Starter pack for kitchen ie washing up liquid, dishwasher tablet, washing machine gel, cloth

The sun beds needed replacing. Could do with air con or fans in the property as it gets very hot. When the grass was cut during our stay the cuttings were left in the pool which we had to fish out ourselves. Tea/coffee making facilities and small fridge could be provided in the annexe as access to the kitchen is through the main house and we didn’t want to wake the guests in the main house up during the night/early morning.
