Clean hotel and friendly staff

No room ventilation, no window

Friendly staff, spacious, clean room & absolutely delicious food, the best vegetable curry I’ve ever had! Definitely recommend!

Wifidid not work properly. Breakfast was not value for money

I had booked a room for a family of 2 Adults and 1 child. But they provided me a room with separate bed. I had requested for King Size bed. And they gave me a room with separate bed.

While booking with Booking.com the selection that I had made included my breakfast cost. But while checking in with the restaurant they told me that your breakfast is not included in the package. And that you have to pay extra for it. That is totally a scam on customers and to chear customers for more money. And with that, I had also selected room with a King size bed. But at the actual time of availability they changed my room with seperate beds. And also with that when I requested for extra bed because it was a family of 3 they told me it will be extra. And then they told us we have a king size bed room available if you want to shift. I said please do the needful and they told me it will be 1000 more. That way they charged me for a room and also breakfast. (Breakfast was already complimentary in my booking with booking.com)

The staff were excellent and the managers Pinky and Ricken were excellent they both are an asset to The Grand Regency they helped.me out with every need i had i would highly recommend the hotel to anyone that goes to Rajkot Thank you Vipin Dholakia

The smell of the cooking was coning into the bedrooms otherwise evwrything else was excellent
