Everything was great. The hosts were efficient, helpful and enthusiastic. Once we’d booked they were responsive to questions, and once we arrived they were super helpful with anything we needed. Pietro gave us the tour and was very accommodating and funny. Each morning he would come up to breakfast and all is what our plans were for the day and if we were set. He was always able to offer ideas and options for transportation. They are very enthusiastic about guests being able to explore their hometown.

Bed and breakfast Oz was an exceptionally adorable hotel, and its owners are even more delightful. Pietro was one of the kindest, gentlest and most generous people I've ever met. Anyone would be lucky to meet him. I would recommend anyone who is in the area to stay here just for the lovely hospitality. The food is excellent as well, with a small and quaint feel. The location of the hotel is good in that it is close to everything, but it's not as nice as some of the other areas around Bari. Luckily they have excellent security and we had no trouble feeling safe! Overall I would highly recommend this place!

The furnishing and equipment of the room and the building was very nice! AC working well, great bathroom, nothin to complain about.

The breakfast could have been a little wider with respect to selection (e.g. ni fruits), however, this was not a major aspect of the stay for us anyway.

The room was beautiful, all facilities great and our host Pietre was lovely.

We had to cancel our first two nights here at the beginning of the holiday as a late check in was rejected. Our flight didn't arrive until 20:00 Communication wasn't great.

Pietro, our host, was absolutely delightful. He was most welcoming and helpful. The rooms were all furnished with antique furniture and beautiful paintings adorned the walls. The breakfast was plentiful, tasty and fresh. I would not hesitate to recommend this B & B to anyone. Thank you , Pietro!!

Pietro is very hospitable and we felt very comfortable.

Close to the center, friendly people and breakfast included. Free WIFI available.

The room didn't have a real window. The only window was opening on an internal space, where other people could be, therefor no privacy keeping it open and in any case no fresh air (open or closed). The bathroom was badsmelling and also here no window. We were not told that our room was on the other side of a wall of an house were men at work would start making increadible noise before 8AM No TV in the room: the hanging support was empty

The hotel was fabulous with great facilities and breakfast. The staff were very friendly especially Pietro and we managed to communicate although neither of us spoke their language. Pietro booked us a taxi when ours didn't arrive which was great!

The traffic outside was very noisy but the double glazing managed to quieten it. We didn't realise that our room wouldn't have the bed made or rubbish bin emptied and although I had booked twin beds through Bookings.com we got a double bed how-ever Pietro gave us some single sheets which made it ok!

The host was so very nice, friendly and helpful. The whole place was lovely and the terrace was a wonderful haven in the middle of the city.

Has a lift/elevator for luggage so we didn’t need to carry our suitcases up and down the stairs. Excellent lighting for doing makeup.

The staff was so gracious and welcoming. The common areas - dining room and sitting room - are beautiful. Our room was comfortable and very pleasant.

We liked everything about it.

Good location, nice breakfast (continental so pastries and bread), and excellent amenities in the room (iron/hairdryer/fridge etc). Pietro was a really friendly host. Very quirky decor, it felt a bit like a museum which was cool.

Room was a little bit cold - our stay was in March and the floor is not carpet so that couldn’t be helped. Check out is at 10am and there isn’t really an option to leave bags if you have a later flight because there isn’t a 24 hour reception and the front door to the building is always locked.

The B&B is super clean, they thought about every small detail. The host was very kind and helpful

Breakfast was great, Room was comfortable and smelled really nice, everything was clean and tidy. The owner was awesome and very polite. Communication was easy since the owner translated if we didn't understand properly and he was superb throughout the whole trip.
