Mooie grote schone kamer. Redelijk personeel.
Geen lift. Niet prettig als je slecht ter been bent en voor het ontbijt een trap af moet. Ontbijt was matig en de ontbijtruimte was onprettig warm.

El único hotel de la ciudad que permanece abierto todo el año.
Tuve que pasar dos noches, pues me quedé bloqueado por un temporal. Disfruté como un niño contemplando la furia de la naturaleza desde la ventana de mi habitación, con vistas sobre el fiordo.
La señora que atiende la recepción fue increíblemente amable. La habitación, sencilla pero correcta.
Es una lástima que no tengan restaurante. Tener que salir a cenar en medio del temporal fue una pequeña odisea, aunque tuvo su punto de diversión.

Localización cómoda. Limpio y por fin una cama cómoda en Islandia, colchón firme.
El chek-in Antes de las 8pm es un poco justo. Desayuno básico, suficiente.

Very small room and bathroom and sink … the bed to the roof inside clearance was too small .. Anyone can easily hit the heads

Clean, central, staff very friendly. The receptionist recommended a restaurant (Stukuhusið) and phoned to book a table for us. We had a great dinner, can highly recommend. Rooms are small but comfortable with a kettle and tea and coffee and a nice bathroom with a shower. Good breakfast selection.

The staff was extremely helpful. The evening staff person contacted a tire repair company to arrange for us to get a flat tire replaced on a Sunday morning. This made a stressful situation bearable. We also appreciated the comfortable rooms and delicious breakfast.

- Close to a petrol station & a restaurant (3 minutes drive).
- The room was OK in size not big.

Microwave was not available on the first day. With no restaurants nearby a microwave would have been useful for the take away. After more guests arrived a microwave was produced on the second night.

Room with a magnifient view on the fjord (enjoyable even when it's raining!!!). Nice friendly athmosphere. Quiet place.

Hotel West is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The beds were super comfy, and the views from the room - directly looking onto the fjord - was wonderful, especially during sunset. Breakfast was also nice,
