Probably the best service at a hotel during a one month tour of India. Bidisha and the team were fantastic. Monisha at the restaurant is a star! The head of security was incredibly helpful as well, I asked him where I could buy cigarettes and he walked with me to a stall 200m down the road and back - real nice guy with a great moustache!

Nice spread. Yet more as per individual palate by Chef Choudhary.

Business centre was very helpful but has room for improvement. Provat arranged for my business centres needs beyond my expectations.

I was absolutely delighted by the way the staff at the reception welcomed us, specially Mr. Kavlit. The rooms are well cleaned and maintained. Room service is amazing. The food and drinks are a delight. Loved every bit of my stay.

Everything at Hyatt Raipur was comfort maximized. Right from Shashi at the reception, and even before we checked in, to Monisha, Ajen, Chefs Hasib & Ganesh, and Dipanjan in the cafe, we felt at home and were treated with sincere care, and we felt extremely welcome and comfortable. Absolutely brilliant service all around.
