Everything was perfect, gorgeous high quality furnishings, amenities, bathrooms are stunning, cleanliness was impecable, they even put a new dish lofa and handkerchief in a zip lock bag, this was a huge plus point on hygiene. The property is wonderful, the views, the olive trees. Perfection all around. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect except the fact that the Golf Club house rarely opens and there is nothing nearby. The tapas bar was also permanently closed. So if you're there for a long stay, it might be a small inconvenience.

The staff was very helpful and responsive, providing very detailed information that made our self check-in and check-out trouble free. The place was very clean and spacious with basically everything you need in a townhouse. The unimpeded view to the golf course with the olive trees was great and a very relaxing environment. The pictures do not lie.

The mattress was sinking in the middle and the pillows were too high but the staff quickly provided (and placed) a second mattress layer and new softer pillows.

What a great stay. Nothing new to add to previous excellent reviews. Everything top...really everything. We were however particularly impressed with the our hostesses both before and during the stay. So helpful, so efficient. These ladies go that extra mile and beyond. Don't hesitate, book now. You won't regret it.

Spacious, comfortable, quiet, clean, great view, superb staff - nothing but compliments and superlatives for this accomodation. Probably the most well earned mark in my booking.com experience.

I rented a townhouse for one week in October. I have been contacted in advance regarding accommodation arrangements, house location, and activities in Arcos and the province of Cadiz. The informational support of Nuria and Laura is beyond praise! The house exceeded expectations. A great place to park a car, enough even for two cars. Picturesque street and courtyard overlooking the golf courses. The house is perfectly equipped for a comfortable family stay. On the ground floor there was a living room, kitchen and toilet. The wi-fi inside the house worked good. The second floor had two bedrooms, each with access to its own toilet and shower. We loved the balcony on the second floor with table and chairs, overlooking the golf courses and the town of Arcos. Calmness and silence are all you need for a relaxing holiday. We shared a common pool and since it was October we were alone there - it was great as the temperature during the day was ample. Sun loungers, showers and toilets were at our disposal, all in very good condition.

Not exactly the "dislike" - just the thing should be taken into account: there is a stairway upon the second floor and bedrooms. May be important issue for elderly and little children.

Lovely townhouse, very big with fantastic view overlooking the golf course. A lovely communal pool. Very quiet. Contactless check-in worked very well over whatsapp. The hosts were always available if required.

In this current times the online check in is the best option. Our host Nuria was perfect. Always available via whatsapp. She offer a mid-stay cleaner to compensate a broken shower, that was fixed straight away. We were very pleased with this attitude and kindness. Next time that we visit Andalucía we will choose Arcos Gardens again, for sure.

Everything was great

Laura was very helpful from the start! She sent us so much information on the area and how to make the most of our stay. We did the online check in which was easy and contact free. Lovely spacious two bed villa, would easily be comfortable for 4 people. The balcony on the main bedroom was perfect for watching the sunsets.

The restaurant was closed but this was just due to covid and we were made aware of this in advance so it wasn’t a problem

Assistance from Nuria and Laura was excellent before and during our stay. The property, grounds and area were perfect.

Excellent place to stay in, large modern house with huge rooms, plenty of bathrooms, wardrobe space, kitchen amenities and lovely outside area that backed onto the golf course. We were very happy being in the countryside outside of Arcos, close enough but without the hassle of staying in town with its tiny streets that are impossible for driving in. The house is set in a beautiful and quiet urbanisation on a golf course with stunning views, places to walk, tennis courts (BYO tennis rackets and balls), play ground for kids and lots of space to explore. Very friendly staff made sure check in and check out went smoothly. We loved it!

Only negatives were the showers leaked water onto the floor and the pillows were far too soft and squishy (but others possibly prefer them that way!)
