An amazing boutique hotel. Decor and views down to beach are exceptional. But the things that make this hotel stand out are the brilliant staff and owners. They are so friendly and laid back. Nothing is to much trouble. At the NYE party they all joined in and made it feel like you were out partying with a group of friends. Would highly recommend.

Lovely rooms with comfy beds and quirky furnishings. Very nice outdoor area, nice to steal away for a quiet relaxing drink. It is outside of Whitstable so you will need transport to stay here.

Absolutely nothing

The hotel restaurant was exceptionally good. The location was idyllic. The staff were very helpful.

Some confusion over payment. We had paid in advance through Booking.com but were twice asked to pay a hotel invoice. There was also some confusion over dates of our stay which I clarified through reference to Booking.com.

The views were spectacular and there were two amazing sunsets looking out form my bathroom. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
